The man at the front desk, older balding male of Indian decent (description for owner/management to do what they will), was very rude and raised his voice to me in front of a customer. The issue I encountered: i did not add my children to my reservation via Expedia. My room reservation was for two queen beds and this facility does not charge for children so I’m unsure how this was such a big issue. I was told “learn parenting” after being told “your reservation is cancelled”. Needless to say, my family of four was forced to seek accommodations elsewhere. I have never been treated like this at a hotel. Beware.

There was a bit of confusion over my reservation. Lindy did battle with her computer on my behalf, and Lindy won!

Good place to stay on road trip
Reviewed By LandAndSea77We chose this place because it was conveniently located near the highway exit and they offered a hot breakfast. Some neighboring hotels did not because of Covid. The quality was good, staff was efficient, bed was comfortable, shower was good. The refrigerator was noisy but we adjusted that upon arrival and leaving. Bathroom lights were too bright. Parking was good. Indoor pool but we arrived too late. We would stay here again. We noticed that hotel taxes seem to be lower in Kentucky than in the nashville Tennessee area.

Reviewed By 702catherinesMiserable person on reception to check in, which took ages for some reason. Average room. There was virtually nothing for breakfast and no one available in the morning, coffee was undrinkable, waffle machine dirty so we left and got breakfast elsewhere.

Reviewed By GypsysouthernI messed up and reserved 2 days and wish I hadn't. I went cheap and that's what I got. The safety lock was laying in the window seal. The desk said just leave it there? The room was dirty and I had to wear flip flops in the shower. never make this mistake again.

Good place to stop while traveling on I-81.
Reviewed By Enrico SWe usually stay in Hampton Inns when traveling in the USA especially going up and down I-81 . We made it to Winchester, VA from Georgia and this was a good place to stop for the night. Convenient location close to restaurants and even a Walgreens across the street. Room was clean and comfortable and staff was friendly and helpful.
