Reviewed By Alma GThe apartments we have seen (Jazmin & Olive) were both very nice, spacious and neat! Service and staff also very nice!! At our service, any time of the day. Very nice and clean swimmingpool, including solarium and kids pool. A lot of restaurants on walking distance, aswell as the montain to climb (incl. route) and a veeery beautifull lake. So just a perfect place to relax and a lot to see, for a reaally good price!!! We will definately come back here.

The house has been completely renovated and respecting the traditional construction. It can be rented whole or by rooms. It has a privileged orientation that offers views of the reservoir and the villa, inviting to contemplate and relax. The rooms are three double and three double, capacity for twelve people and possibility of adding beds. All with independent bathroom and equipped with central heating and air conditioning. The living room has television, games, books and information about the area. With wifi internet access in all rooms. It also has a beautiful garden with barbecue and fruit trees. Pets are welcome.

Reviewed By EliViennaWe loved this place and Carolina is a very nice host. Already before arrival, she sent me an SMS with gps coordinates in order to easily find the house in Alange. We had 2 rooms with a stunning view to the dam and village. She also offered the fridge in the kitchen so we could store our stuff. The rooms are very clean, simple but cosy. The mattresses are good and comfortable. The breakfast was very tasty. She had fresh early figs and we were offered a delicious fresh melon juice. We were also offered "torta de la Serena", a delicious sheep cheese from the region and there were plenty of homemade jams, very tasty! The jams are also available for purchase. Make sure you try the Roman bath in Alange and one of he circuits. It's lovely.

Close to Merida, in the town of Alange, famous for its thermal Roman baths and declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, you can stay at Casa Rural La Casina, a cosy rural house, full of interesting features and with all the comforts to ensure a restful stay. From its windows you can see the extraordinary landscape of the waters of the reservoir of Alange, the Castle Hill and the Sierra de Penas Blancas. The Casina is a very comfortable accommodation, which has four double en-suite bedrooms, which are named after Roman Goddesses: Vesta in the ground floor is suitable for those for disabilities, Ceres, Venus and Juno in the first floor. Each room has a decor that makes it unique, and all are equipped with TV, free wireless internet and phone. Bathrooms have a hairdryer and Ceres room also has hydromassage. There are two areas with fully equipped kitchen, terrace and fireplace. The house has underfloor heating and air conditioning.

Reviewed By sms6778This is a house in Alange, a little thermal village just 20 minutes from Merida, really well located as a base to a relaxed visit to the region. We found a place to park outfront everyday (just be aware it's on a steep street (as most of the town). The house was very clean, has essential air conditioning in all the rooms, and you can see in the details that everything was well thougth out: from the colours on the exterior walls to the available linens and dishware, everything adds to your experience and confort. The kitchen even has a dishwasher. We occuppied 3 rooms and they all had good size, their own bathroom, and confortable beds. There's also a beautiful tank with whirlpool that was a blessing in this hot summer days, and we were able to have dinner at the upper terrace. Carmen was a great host and welcomed us with milk and cookies. Alange is a thermal town since roman times and the nearby spa deserves a visit.

Reviewed By OralsurgeonWe’ve stayed there one night not expecting much as there are too many negative reviews, also the house from outside may appear poor but from the moment the door is opened, as if you've entered another place, cozy, quaint and smells lovely. The decoration of the hotel and rooms is made with so much care and love and eye for details, even the restaurant and silverware I’ve never seen such pretty ones in a hotel. We were received by so much warmth and welcome, our dog also. The room was lovely, good size, the bed was comfortable although they were twin beds, but I was advised before going. The bathroom is just lovely. Truly everything about our stay was memorable and as I knew that about 2 months ago there was a change in management, maybe that’s why the past negative reviews. If I have to say something negative, I was charged 25€ for the dog, which is way too much and also I was advised before and I agreed because finding a nice place in easter with a dog is near impossible. I would really like to extend my sincere thanks to the lovely owner and hope we can meet again.

Reviewed By HavakiWe arrived at 16:00 and were welcomed by the very kind owner. She told us she had 13 rooms, but we were the only visitors at this time. We paid € 37, she showed us the room and off she went.... we never saw her again. Instruction was to leave the key next morning on the reception desk and close the main door behind us. We had a very clean room, it was very quiet and we had the whole place for ourselves, terrace and all. Alange is a small village right next to a water reserve / dam. We walked around it, pleasantand wuiet, but very little ito do. We enjoyed our stay and recommend to those who like quietness
