Reviewed By nundoojWe booked an appartement for 4 people on the 15 of september for one night. We all have responsib jobs in a 4 star chateau hotel of the region. It all started at from the arrival itself. The staff at the front desk was unfriendly and asked us for the city taxes and even gave us too much money back which we told her. She gave us the key without giving us any instruction as to where the room was . No other instructions where given like for the pool, breakfast hours and the different amenities of the hotel. We also asked for a late check out and the receptionist accepted to give us the room till 10:45 as the check out was at 10. We came back at the front desk to know if they provided swimming pool towels and she answered coldly that we should bring our own. The next morning someone knocked on the door at 10 o'clock shouting that the room was to be left now. They even called us in the phone and I explained what the receptionist told us we could check out at 10.45 and she said that she didn't have this information. And at 10:45 we left the room to check out. Everything was prepayed. At the front desk the receptionist said that we owed 3 Euros 30 for the 2 city taxes that was still unpaid. I explain that we paid everything yesterday of the amount of 4 Euros 95. She said no and I asked to speak to a manager but she said no one was here and then when I said we already paid she got angry and told us to just leave the property and treated us like we are trash. To conclude this was a trip for us working in the hospitality industry to relax but it went wrong because of them. We will never go back again. Extremely unprofessional and cold attitude from the reception. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Reviewed By Theresa RWe enjoyed our four-day stay at the resort personnel very professional, I loved the small heated indoor pool and the facilities, our accommodations were very clean, nice size with everything you needed from sheets, towels, comforters and in the kitchen lots of dishes etc. Thank you Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour personnel agréable, piscine chauffée et douches impeccables, appartement très propre spacieux avec bon equipment pour cuisiner et manger perfect;) merci

Reviewed By DGAT1989Hotel is close to the train station and restaurants. Free parking relatively easy to find on the street or paid parking under the hotel. After 8pm, you must have a code to access the hotel. We made our reservation via 800 number in USA, and did not know this. Arriving after 8pm, we did not have the code, but a most helpful person at the Mercure hotel next door assisted us in calling the after-hours number. The code had been sent via email by we were not aware of this arrangement. This is a communications problem within the Accor reservation system and in no way a negative towards the Adagio hotel itself.

Basic but really great!
Reviewed By Lynne CWe had a one night stopover in this aparthotel and while it was basic, it was really great. There was an underground carpark, and our studio apartment was large and very well equipped, with a big fridge and well equipped kitchen area, a nice clean bathroom with lots of hot water, a comfortable bed and free wifi. It was easy walking distance ( along the tram line) into the centre.

Reviewed By evapoza5The dirtiest room we have ever been in. Quite expensive but low quality service. The smell was terrible and the carpeta was full of hair from people and animals. Not reccomended at all for families with small children.

Reviewed By DiD485This was our second visit to the wonderful La Jagee. We stayed 4 nights - should have stayed longer! The hosts treated us with such care and hospitality. They want their guest have the best possible experience on their holiday. Big King size beds (hard to find in France) Big private rooms in the private wing of the house. The history of the house is interesting. Wonderful breakfast. We also booked delicious dinner 3 of the 4 nights. (On the other night we ate at the nearby Michelin star restaurant. La Jagee was a much better dining experience!) We look forward to another holiday at La Jagee. There is much to explore and enjoy in the area. The couple that owns this property excel at making guests feel welcome and appreciated. We will return!

Reviewed By anyja38Apartamentos muy cerca del centro,aunque es un edifico antiguo,están reformados,consta de habitación amplia de matrimonio con cama cómoda , un salón con cocina americana muy bien equipada (tiene lavavajillas,nevera grande,lavadora,vitro y amplio surtido en menaje), y sofá cama grande,a pesar de hacer calor en Orleans cuando fuimos, el apartamento aunque no dispone de Aire acondicionado es fresco. Lo que en peor estado está quizás sea el baño, con algún desperfecto. Zona azul para aparcar .señal wifi buena
