Reviewed By kyoumochisoooo, i had thought that this place was gonna be amazing. i saw so many reviews about how amazing this place was, so i had high expectations. when we got there, we found ourselves in a rather old building. was really sketchy but once we found our way to the 9th floor, it was fine. The person who greeted us was lovely, but she didnt talk alot in English. I highly recommend that you get Google Translate if you wanna stay here. Anyways, once getting into the room, we noticed a weird smell. I think it was that really musky smell of an old room that got to me but it faded into an even worse smell. also: in the bathroom, it’s really badly lit and there’s something kinda stuck in the drainage. i dunno what it was but it kinda looked nasty. During the entire night, we had to smell this horrid stench (like a sewer like smell). It was actually so gross that my mother couldn't sleep very well. ( this is in rm1 btw) We complained to the head lady and she told us that someone would be by to fix it. so, we waited and some girl came in with another employee and as soon as she came in, she admitted that she smelled something funky. so they brought in an air purifier to get rid of the smell, which reallyyy didnt help. At this point, they offered us to go to another room, which we gladly accepted. However, once we got into the room, there was another horrible smell within the room. I didnt want to stay anothwr night, so I asked for a refund. pay for a night and refund the rest. basically, long story short...no refunds. i feel like ive wasted my money. would i go again? NOPE. we booked a room at another hotel and it was WAY better.

Reviewed By SirCyrusI chose this last minute based on price and reviews, and was delighted to find it was a wonderful place to stay. In fact I tried to extend my stay from 2 day's to 5, but they were fully booked on one of the days so I extended it to 4 nights . As written by the previous reviewer, it's about 10 minutes walk from tamsui train station. There's tons of street shops and 7|11 types sto 90res around. There'll be lots of people walking up and down in a relaxed manner along most of the way to the station, esp at night. As for the hotel itself, it's exterior is quite non descript. Look for the building number, not a large hotel sign. I rarely come to a welcoming and honey hotel, but that's what it is. The girls on staff ( they all look young to me ) always smile and have no attitude. You have to remove shoes and wear provided slippers at the front, just like a home. The place is brightly lit, has clean modern decor, clearly has a woman's touch, and is the better for it. The room and bathroom are modern, clean, and yet somewhat minimalist, or jspanese-ish, with everything lower to the raised floor. I saw 2 other rooms ... One had a fantastic wide series of windows facing the road,( mine faced next building so no view but can at least check if raining) , another had less space than mine. The only issue I have is the mattress is on the floor so getting up and down is a hassle for me. They let me keep my bike in the reception \ eating area. It's plenty safe. Loved the place. I tried to book for a later weekend but it was already booked out. This is the sort of place that could be spoiled by too many good reviews. It is fantastic. The low price is just the cherry on top.

Reviewed By 維 子位在淡水區的旅社 和海邊的淡水老街 捷運站有點距離 住宿價格來說蠻親民的 而且周遭又是大學 晚上基本上都有得吃 方便又便利 背包客或3、5人一起旅遊蠻推薦的
