COCKROACHES AND BACTERIA INFESTED POOL!
Reviewed By arianah894Carolina the General Manager did not warn anyone about the pool or shut it down for over a week ever thought it looked like blue milk! She said “It’s safe swim in!” So we asked the maintenance man and he said that it was too dangerous and she was “crazy.” She also won’t refund us for checking out early due to cockroaches all over our headboard! They hide behind it and crawl in and out as they please. She claims she “paid terminix” to come out but we watched HER go into the room, turn the sheets over and then leave the room and told the maid to clean it up for the next guest. When we showed her pictures and videos from an Apple phone with time stamps and location she called us liars. As we were leaving we heard her screaming at another couple for “calling the health department on her.” WOW. Can you believe Carolina is the General Manager? She seems like a 5 year old.

Reviewed By 229alissarNothing like the photos. Dump. Charged me a $300 deposit. Then refused to let me have a late check out (1.5 hour late). I had to pay for a full night. Pretty sickened by the service. Traveling for a soccer tournament- should have paid the extra $$$ for a real hotel.

Just 1 day stay, because my trip back home got delayed
Reviewed By VincePham49This place from the outside seems old, but the rooms arent bad. It was clean and comfortable. The room i had, had a large lcd tv and they had on-demand on tv, so that was cool. The motel is right next to the beginning of Little Saigon, so a lot of shopping and food. I loved the Pho at a local reservation about a block away, i dont remember the name but its in a large shopping center next to the property. The staff was very nice and friendly, especially, the guy in the morning. He told me about the local restaurant and things to do that were walking distance. I would be back if i ever come back in the area again to visit.

Location is great although right next to fwy so loud. Worked for us and would be back, cheap and clean enough. The staff as suuuuuuuper friendly!! Def a 5⭐️ for them!!

The complimentary hot breakfast was really good. Clean and quiet outdoor area. Great location, close to shopping center and other stores. And easy highway access.
