I'm not sure what the breakfast arrangements were as I didn't ask, so cant comment on that. Walking distance to restaurants. Unfortunately my experience was slightly soured by them not refunding the "holding deposit" that they took when I arrived even thought I had paid in full - after 2 weeks I chased them up via email, they did not respond but a couple of days later I did get the money back. It usually only takes 2 or 3 days for this process...

Reviewed By Mona KKanab is a beautiful town but this hotel is small & a bit old. The price was $198. for 1 night. Way to high for this little place. And for the breakfast sausage to taste like cardboard, I feel a bit ripped off. Come on BW !

Wonderful roadside lodge with convenient location and incredible views of red hills and Kanab canyon. Underwent a renovation in Spring of 2010 and Winter 2012 with a return to the classic 'Route 66' motor lodge and today's updated amenities. Features: Plush beds that are triple-sheeted, down-like comforters, free bike rentals, microwaves and refrigerators, free Wi-Fi, bathrobes, complimentary continental breakfast, outdoor swimming pool, sun deck and all rooms are non-smoking.
Retro with the right amount of modern
Reviewed By ritzycowgirlThe hotel was quiet, clean, retro with the right amount of modern. The owners were very friendly and fixed an issue with our air conditioner immediately. The muffins at breakfast were still warm from the oven. They even have bikes for guests to use if they want. I will definitely stay here again if I am in the area.

Nice and convenient
Reviewed By Bryan PNice place, clean rooms, friendly staff. Very convenient to get in and out of in the heart of Kanab. Nice to be able to park right in front of your room. Dog friendly and a great space to let them run and play away from any traffic. Very reasonably priced.

We are a older "drive right up to your door" Motel that provide clean, affordable lodging by the night or the week. We accept pets for small fee. All rooms have fridges and microwaves. We also have "family rooms" which have 3 beds and two rooms with big "kitchen" area with dining table, fridge & microwave. We have been American owned and operated since 1949. Needs improvement
Reviewed By Carino_Will_ABut, it was fine. Check in was kind of weird. The key was beneath the floor mat of the room. Parking space is in front of your room. The room fit the bill. It provided a place to sleep and bathe. The room has a frig and a microwave. The pillows up against the head board smelled weird, so didn't use. The shower is small and functional (reminds me of European bathrooms). Check out was easy. I had to leave at 6am for Zion. There is a drop box for room keys and you're out. I would stay here again despite the shortcomings.

Inexpensive, clean more than basic.
Reviewed By mitchf990I was looking for an inexpensive place to sleep and shower while on a three day hiking and park visiting journey. I chose the Travelodge not knowing what to expect when I got there. I was very pleasantly surprised to find a very comfortable bed, clean accommodations and a small but nice bathroom. Sometimes you get what you pay for but I feel I received more than I paid for this time.
