Reviewed By PhilipB386Been here three times before and never disappointed. Great staff food and room exactly what you need plus a great Au Bureau 100 metres away across the street. Very close to the A1 so easy to get around.

Hick up in reservation, rest very good
Reviewed By Dew123451971I travel with my two children (11 and 9). I only book rooms with 3 single beds because with a double bed, at least one of us is not getting enough sleep. In this case I booked specifically a room with 2 separate beds and an extra (full) bed. When I arrived at the hotel, I got appointed a room with a double bed and a single bed. Not what I booked. I explained this was not according my reservation. They changed rooms and I got a room with 2 single beds and a folding bed that I had to install and do the bedding. We had to change the whole room, including putting the side tables (that came out quite dusty) on top of the bureau and stacking the chair and the stool in the corner of the room. It might look like a small job, but was quite a puzzle with 2 kids and a dog present. There was no room left in between and next to the beds. To unfold the extra bed you had to squeeze yourself in between the beds and the bureau.. No one could enter their bed otherwise than from the foot end. Inconvenient and I thought unnecessary. Reception told me my booking was made for 2 adults. Booking.com told me my reservation was made for 1 adult and 2 children. Please get this sorted out! Breakfast was perfect. Beds were good enough. Environment is very good.

Reviewed By BrellieThere are many chain hotels near by that are cheaper. The hotel is being renovated. It is convenient to the airport and the rooms are large. It is worth the extra money. ask for a room on the ground floor since there is no elevator.

Good choice for overnight
Reviewed By RichardONormandyA good no-frills hotel convenient for CDG. Recently refurbished so everything worked (not like Campaniles). Clean, very comfortable bed. Plenty of options for eating within walking distance. Gated car park so reasonably secure. Staff friendly and helpful. A bit noisy in the late evening, but most such hotels are, should have asked for a quiet room! Will go back when necessary.

Reviewed By angelol783I booked this hotel on booking.com and I've made a mistake on the credit card expiration date. As soon as I've received the info I've corrected and got the green light for a confirmation but half an hour later the hotel has cancelled my reservation without any reason and when I'm arrived at the hotel the manager and the person at the desk just wanted to explain me that it was my fault or booking fault or anybody else fault...not professional at all, to avoid.

Reviewed By johnn02Not bad for it's price. Special interior design, ineresting bed positioning, good service. Cold wather, but dat's beacause the shower is new and not calibrated yet, maybe. It's a bit difficult to arrive here without car, I could'nt found some public transport arround.

Good stop over location
Reviewed By NellieToastWe stayed here for a night on our way to Disneyland Paris. It’s around 2.5hr trip from eurotunnel with a further 45min trip to Disney. We arrived after the 3pm check in time (probably 3.30), checked in via the machine outside reception. We went round to our room to find the cleaner still mid clean! I have to say that spray and chemicals used were over powering and we needed to open the window to help ventilate the room. One of the downsides to this hotel is that the area around the hotel seems to be a stopping point for lorry drivers, running their cabs, so we had the noise of them to contend with, thankfully they didn’t run too late. We stayed in this room as a family of 4. The arrangement is a little strange, but it worked. The toilet and shower are downstairs and there is a good size hall area, where we left our luggage. Then upstairs is a king size bed and bunk beds. The bunks are quite high, my youngest found the top too high. The bed was really comfy, which was a bonus for budget hotels. Location is good, just off the A1. Although be aware it’s past the final toll if you are driving South down the A1 but when you enter to go south again you have to pay €0.80 to enter. There are a number of restaurants nearby, buffalo grill, a more upmarket restaurant as well as a McDonald’s, all within walking distance. We also drove into the next town, which was only a short drive. There did seem to be quite a bit of renovation work going on at the hotel, but this didn’t disturb us. The hotel also advertises a secure gated car park, yet when we went to check at reception how to exit the next day as we wanted to leave early he said the gates don’t work!

Erroneous Charges
Reviewed By TinaMK56I recently stayed at this hotel for one night before my flight from Charles de Gaul. I booked the room through Hotels.com. The cost was 91.91Euros ($105 USD). When I arrived at the hotel I paid for the room with my Citicard. I have the original Invoice with that paid amount on it. When I returned home I had two charges on my credit card. I filed a dispute with Citicard and they were unable to get a response from the hotel. I filed a dispute with Hotels.com and they were unable to get a response from the hotel. I have all documentation and yet I can get no reconciliation. BEWARE of erroneous charges if you stay here.
