Reviewed By dharmendur2022I stayed the hotel as part of a business trip to the city. The room was spacious and clean. It had a small kitchen with some utensils, incase anyone wants to cook. The staffs are friendly, but Jackie is awesome. She is friendly, helpful and make you feel like it as home. She would always ready to help you with a smile on her face.. Overall it was a nice experience.

It's in a quiet location. Gas station within walking distance. In room coffee, refrigerator and microwave.

Reviewed By Chris LDid a one night stay and had a good visit. Easy access to major highway. Prompt check in. Exterior and interior very clean, staff friendly. Room was very nice, no issues. Restaurants near by, had an outstanding meal across the street at Max's Pizza. Breakfast average but good. Would stay here again.

Its not a 4-5 star hotel but it does have great WIFI, hot water, working ice machine, comfy bed and plenty of parking. Its right off the highway so if the traffic noise not what you like, ask for a room away from the highway. In all, I'll stay there again and again

Reviewed By Tx_hr_proThe facility is generally clean but extremely outdated. Staff is not educated on basic hotel management. While some employees tried to be friendly, they were generally unhelpful. Other staff simply didn’t even try (specifically the front desk staff on the evening of May 3, 2022). My two biggest issues are 1) inadequate technology and 2) indifferent staff. Related to basic technology — there is not a single USB port in the entire room. This includes my emergency last resort which is the TV. Sure, my bad for not having my travel USB wall charger/cube, but what modern hotel these days does not have a single USB port at least somewhere in the room? Another example - a 1970’s phone that had a red light blinking to indicate a message. I called down to see what it was and was told “it’s just an old phone, that light doesn’t mean anything”. When asked if they could clear the message so the light would stop flashing I got the reply, “um… no… we can’t do that.” My second major complaint is that the staff would do nothing to address an obnoxiously loud room that disrupted not only the sleep of multiple other guests, but any ability to remotely enjoy our stay. The people staying in this room were running and jumping in their room, running down the hall, throwing things against the wall, presumably wrestling each other and landing against the walls and floor, and generally sounding like a frat house. This was verified by two other people at the conference I was attending — complaints to the front desk staff were met nonchalantly with, “we already told them there was a noise complaint so hopefully they will keep it down now.” Yeah, we’ll they didn’t. In case you are wondering, my request to change rooms was declined with the curt explanation,”I don’t have anything, the hotel is full.”

Reviewed By lucaskA7607GGI found this hotel to be very nice. It looks to be recently renovated. My room was changed to a king suite by Emma when I requested the need for quietness while I worked. Toney provided excellent service and answered all my questions. I would definitely stay here again.
