Reviewed By fritzsgalRoom was okay. It could have been cleaner. It looked like everything had been wiped down with a dirty rag. The refrigerator needed to be cleaned. Even though there were big bottles for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash on the wall of the shower, the shampoo one was essentially empty. I expect better from Holiday Inn.

Reviewed By Viola JExtremely clean. Close to the Interstate, restaurants, gas stations and shopping. McGill (front desk clerk) was efficient, friendly and informative. Although we were staying for only one night, he treated us as if we were long-term guests and made sure we were comfortable, bringing extra linen on request. Breakfast was tasty and although I did not get the attendant's name, she was on point and really took care of guests, giving each of us, and others, proper attention and assistance. As we were getting ready to hit the highway, it was good to get a hot breakfast before we left. The Hampton Inn & Suites in McComb was a great choice, and I highly recommend it.

Bad Musty Smell.

We walked into the room and were immediately hit with a horrible musty smell. I do not feel I am overly picky, but something is wrong here. The smell comes close to a house that has been closed up for a long time, to give you an idea. The lady at the front counter was very sweet and let me check out a different room on a different floor, thinking maybe they had a water problem downstairs. Nope same upstairs as downstairs. I called Choice Hotels and they refunded my money and I checked out 30 min after getting there. I stayed at a different hotel in the area. I do appreciate Choice correcting the situation, and the clerk at the front desk. Happy Travels

A typical Quality Inn...Fantastic
Reviewed By Captain IAfter a hard day of traveling, the wife and I were fried, I called ahead to check availability there were rooms available. It was after midnight when we arrived and were greeted by a smiling desk clerk. We got to our room and found the typical Quality Inn quality room. The room was clean, the bed comfortable with all the amenities one might expect from a pricier motel. I laid down and don't remember much after that. It was another great stay in another state and it lived up to its name.

Reviewed By frankie1954johnsonOur room the inside lock didn't work. Was told no one can get in without the key. OK but yet instill the lock should work. Also the commode leak. When we arrived walked into the bathroom water on the floor. Their fix towels was to fix the next day. It wasn't no comp nothing wanted to give another room which you had to pull hard to close but if you push on it. Guess what it came open. The price is good but the rooms needs to be taken care of much better. The only time we will stay again if all the other hotels are full
