Conflicting and not accommodating
Reviewed By Angelica HMy family has been loyal to IHG for years (not that rewards status means anything but we reached and stayed at top tier by using it for every hotel stay). We made a reservation for the holidays, saw that pets were not allowed (understandable) and clarified that my ESA would be accepted - which are protected under housing and occasionally public transportation. This morning, 4 hours before check in we received a call "sorry for the inconvenience but you will not be allowed to bring your ESA". We've already flown from MA, paid the fee to bring her on the plane, bought a carrier that meets airline regulations, and canceled the booking to board her in MA. Because we were told she would be allowed. It's more than an inconvenience. If you need to stay in Fremont give the Fairfield your business.

Reviewed By Anita BWhen we visit family in the area this is usually where we stay. They have remolded looks nice, rooms clean. Beds are okay, more of a full than queen size, could use new pillows. Friendly staff. Breakfast has really gone downhill! Waffle machine broke watered down juices. Receptionist was sleeping in chair, slept through someone trying to get his attention.

Was expecting a bit more!
Reviewed By DaroadtripperStaff was very helpful. King room itself left alot to be desired. I have a bipap that I like to have on my right. There were no plugins on the right side where i would normaly put my bipap. Would hate to have a couple that each has one. Carpet has been cleaned so many times it had ripples in it that you could move with your foot. Was also still stained after all the cleanings that it had gotten. The office chair was broken when I leaned a little bit back I allmost hit the floor. Staff member brought one right up. When I sat in I again allmost hit the floor. Just quit sitting in it and passed it on to staff. With what I paid for room it was way over priced. Will not be back!

Lacked attention to detail
Reviewed By timintheburbsIt provided a roof over my head but everything after that wasn’t so good. I’ll select other options the next time i am in Fremont. The staff wasn’t all that friendly, people were behind the check in counter that were nit employed by the hotel. The smell of pot was heavy in the lobby.

took money away from us
Reviewed By Z234DPtonymme and 2 other pilot car driver had called to see if they had rooms available and told them i would be there in 15 min or so and turned it into a reservation and did not know it and used the 1 night and called at 830 the next morning to let them know that did not need the 2nd night and refused to give back the money because it was turned into a reservation i have made several atemps to try to get them to make right and refuses to so good luck to all
