We are along I-65 in Franklin, Indiana. The Hillview Country Club and Legends Golf Club are within three miles of our hotel. Visit Ivy Tech Community College a mile away or Franklin College six miles away. Companies like Energizer Battery and Mitsubishi are a little over a mile from our location. We have flexible meeting space and an indoor heated saline pool.
Cancelled my reservation without informing me!
Reviewed By Jet795298Horrible customer service, cancelled my reservation the day of my stay and did not inform me. Claimed that my credit card was declined - it is valid. Did not call travel agent or credit card company for my contact information. The manager "Debbie" would not give me her last name - was not at the property only available via phone was no help and claimed that they do not inform guests when cancelling reservations! This was the night before the Indy 500 - had to find a hotel on my own 45 minutes away. Do not trust this hotel and the management.

Older property but reasonable for the cost
Reviewed By cjdsThis is an older hotel, probably formerly higher grade, but it was clean and comfortable...seemed like a lot of truckers and workmen like it. Even with people talking outside, the AC kept the room quiet for sleeping. Good bit of parking in the back and alongside rooms [note, rooms open from the outside]. Staff were very friendly and breakfast was above what we expected from a QI...actually, it was better than a Marriott Town Plaza in Cincinnati and a Fairfield in Tulsa, OK Or there is a Waffle House next door if you need a lot more. Received a great recommendation for dining in Franklin, The Willard. Would return to both!

Reviewed By millerlittlegirlWe stayed here because we ended up in the area on our way home. Very clean quiet. Bed was comfortable. Shower was lacking in water pressure but large and clean. Breakfast was ok. Nice veiw out the window. They do offer military discount. Freindly staff

We offer Free wifi,Hot Breakfast, indoor heated pool, 24 hours coffee in lobby and the Guest room. Also we do have Business Center, Fitness Center and Meeting room at the property. we are 20 minutes south of Indianapolis Policies

Reviewed By JustinJones46131Horrible establishment. Will never go back. Can't believe Wyndham allows this place to fly it's flag!!!!! I can't believe how awfully I was treated. And the police coming was the icing on the cake. Thanks for taking my money scum bags!

They always clean the rooms no matter if your staying another night or not like other hotels u stay in and have to ask for extra bath towels here you do not!

Reviewed By ZeroDevilI booked with Hotels.com and the property attempted to double bill. The guy at the desk stole my CC info and made fraudulent charges. Had to file charges. Hotels.com was no help. In fact, just avoid Franklin, IN all together. It's not worth it.

Wish I could give less than 1 star. STAY AWAY
Reviewed By tcV1939FQI stayed here for two nights and can't say one positive thing about it. The room smelled of smoke, the sheets were stained and full of hair, the staff had friends and family that hung out in the building constantly and everyone was super loud. Curtains were hanging off the blinds, there were stains on everything in the room. I was afraid to even take my shoes off. When I left during the day I took all my things because I was afraid of the room being broken into or things being stolen due to the shady characters that frequented the hallways and lobby. Stay away. Pay the extra for safety and stay somewhere, anywhere else!
