The Property went under a major renovations recently. The hotel is close to the Coastal Carolina University and Conway Medical Center (Conway Hospital). Easy short drive to the Beach with out paying beach prices. Close to many restaurants within walking distance. Easy access in to the property from Highway 501. Free hot breakfast offered daily. Free high speed internet. Also an outdoor pool and 2 onsite restaurants.

Reviewed By Dorinda727This Econo Lodge was perfectly located for me, short drive to Myrtle Beach. Spotless, newly updated, quiet location and friendly staff. And the price was budget friendly. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby.

So clean and there staff is awesome. Especially Lisa M front desk in the mornings helped me yesterday and she is awesome..... Then there is Imani R night front desk. So helpful and is full of lift and is a people person..... but most of all is Elizabeth S she has been here I believe for about 15 yrs doing housekeeping.... and does a great job... promote her and the others or give them a Christmas bonus or something. Great place and very happy every time I have stayed here.. Your all are Awesome.... keep up the great work.

Reviewed By 424susanvGreat place to stay especially when you are dropping off or picking up your young adults at Coastal Carolina. It is just up the road, literally 5 min one road with one turn. Plenty of restaurants to eat & places to shop at just down the road.

Reviewed By S210CPdennisprooms need painting, rugs need replacing, phone didn't work, light in shower hanging out of the ceiling, deadbolt on door misaligned didn't work. room has an odor. will never stay there again. go further down towards Myrtil Beach and stay in a much nicer hotel/motel.

Terrible!!! Do not stay here!!! No air conditioning, Dirty, Fights and Police
Reviewed By kristys115My family and I decided to take an impromptu trip to Myrtle Beach Saturday May 8, 2021. We did not realize that almost every hotel and motel would be booked up and that the rates would be outrageous. This was poor planning on our part but the trip was impromptu. We finally came across The Budget Inn. It would not be somewhere we would normally stay especially with a 13 week old and 1 year old but it was the only one with an available room and it was too far to turn around and go back home. The rate of $180.00 per night was absolutely ridiculous for this room. When got to the room we changed and off to the beach we went. When we got back we realized that the air conditioner did not work. I called the front desk. After 4 calls they finally answer and they send their daughter up to look at it. The daughter does not even work at the hotel. She came up and said it must be a wire and left. We called the front desk back where we were told that they reached out to someone to come and look at it. An hour later still nothing. I called the front desk 17 times from my cell phone thinking maybe the room phone broke. No one answered. We then went down to the front desk twice and no one came to the door. My husband eventually went to Walmart and bought 2 fans. While he was gone to buy the fans a fight broke out a couple rooms down and again I try to call the front desk and nothing!!! Eventually someone else called the police. Our night was so miserable. We stayed up most of the night because it was too hot to sleep. We did not fall asleep until almost 3 am. The next morning I finally got someone at the front desk. He told me that he came up to our room twice and called but no one answered. He outright lied!!!! I never left the room and we were awake until 3 am. He said that he was going to give us another room. I asked for a refund and he flat out told me no. Side note.... At a rate of 180.00 per night the rooms should not be out dated, the bathroom door should be on all its hinges, there should not be cigarette butts under the chair and for certain the AIR CONDITIONER SHOULD WORK!!!!

Reviewed By J1110PHguest1234Stay anywhere but here. Place looks nothing like photos. Management will scream at you and call you racist and privileged if you even try and voice concern. The rudest people I have ever encountered. The place is run down. Building is not connected.

The room stunk, curtains falling down, HUGE hole in the wall in bathroom, behind fridge and microwave were filthy, the blow dryer was full of hair and the plug was all busted only one prong on it, the recliner had a piece with staples sticking out of it, part of the plugs did not work, lamp shades were taped together, door and rugs were dirty, and no breakfast ect. as advertised!! Suppose to be non smoking but were not the smoke smell was awful. DO NOT GO HERE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Very sketchy motel heard fighting all night and had some man knock on our door after dark looking for someone else????
