Clean and great location if you cruise
Reviewed By Jason TExcellent place to stay for a cruise the next day. Clean and front office check in staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good. Only issue stopping it from getting a 5 star was there was a bug in the bed. It was not a big bed and I killed it and moved on. We lived in FL 20 years just a normal FL bug. Would stay again when we cruise again.

Dirty rooms, A/C did not worked
Reviewed By shayrafelicianoNever saw the maid do our room , plus old snack bags were found between the bed and night table. Mold in shower. Loud A/C fan but room temp was 76-78 all the time, felt very hot. Pool was loud and not a nice place for families with kids (felt like in a “going wild” show).

Reviewed By candyman5389Excellent hotel near port Canaveral. Hotel was clean throughout, and smelled fresh. Our 2 queen bed suite was fantastic and spacious. Perfect start to our cruise vacation. Bed slept comfy. Shower was quite large, with good water pressure 3 minutes from port Offer Parking during cruise Staff was friendly Decent free breakfast (eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy, etc) Would recommend, and would stay again

We are off Florida State Road A1A less than a mile from Carrick Institute for Graduate Studies, Craig Technologies Aerospace Solutions, and Florida Beer Company Brewery. Now the most important reason I’m posting this 5 STAR review is because an employee by the name of Katrina is a 5 STAR! She was kind, professional, welcoming, courteous and got us checked in fast. This will definitely be our go to hotel anytime we are in the area because of people like Katrina!

Aint What it use to be
Reviewed By itzrickThis was always our specail place to go but has really went down hill over the last 10 years. No socail hour (even though the web site says there is and so does the paper on the fridge) the bar never opens and they charge you to park even when you stay there and they didn't use to. The breakfast was bad at best, They are down to 1 ice machine for a million rooms even though the signs says they have more and the rooms that say ice are empty. And as normal any more they don't have room cleaning without you requesting it,

Stayed pre-cruise
Reviewed By Teresa HWe stayed at this hotel two days before our cruise. We usually stay at the Residence Inn but since this hotel was newer, we wanted to check it out. Arrived just after lunch on Thursday and our room was ready. Was clean with plenty of room. The pool area is nice and has an outdoor bar and also a hot tube. The breakfast set up was really good compared to some of the other hotels. This one had pretty much everything you could want for breakfast. This hotel is very close to the port. We always do Marriott hotels and would stay at this one again.

ROYAL MANSION condo 3307, perfection!

This 2 floors condo is located in the third building , with a beautiful ocean and courtyard view from a shaded and extremely private balcony, furnished with plenty of comfortable furniture. The interior has been completely remodeled and it shows ! We loved the 2 gorgeous functional bathrooms. We loved all the amenities ! And the bedrooms were also perfect. Kitchen is extremely well stocked and includes many small appliances we weren’t expecting! Living room is gorgeous and really comfortable ! After reading other condo reviews, we we’re happy that this condo has no carpet, except for stairway. The extras like Netflix, WII console , and all the beach accessories made our stay perfect. Owners went above and beyond to make sure we had all the info needed for a fantastic vacation . The beach is steps away, and beautiful! We will be returning, and highly recommend condo 3307 in the Royal Mansion .

VERY DISAPPOINTED ☹️
Reviewed By Lily454We booked a 2 bedroom condo on the second floor, which was supposed to have an ocean view. What we got instead was a view of construction equipment, a dumpster, a port-o-potty (which fell over during a storm and didn't get picked up for two days), yellow construction tape, and construction workers right outside our window every day between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. We could not use the pool during those hours because there was a cloud of concrete dust covering the entire area. We could not access the pool unless we walked completely around the building through the parking lot and past all the construction workers. There was loud drilling, Jack hammers, and damaged and missing railings on the other units. The back side of the building that faces the ocean literally looked like a haunted house. We were so, so disappointed. Not to mention the unit was not clean or ready for us to check in when we arrived. We had to check in an hour late, and there was a large wet stain on one of the couches. The unit itself had an all-around dirty, dingy feel. The cleaning ladies were very nice and tried to be helpful, but it was just about a lost cause. I truly feel this condo should have stopped renting out the vacation units until construction was finished. Please, please call ahead and ask questions before renting here.
