Excellent Service and Great Overall Experience
Reviewed By GabbyConcepcion2I visited the Philippines to get in touch with a special love interest of mine back in July 2018 and stayed for a month there at the Elyseah Condotel. All the time I stayed there I found the staff to be very accommodating and the rooms to be of high standard, great kitchen facilities, tv, cable, bedrooms were far above what I expected in quality for the price. The staff was very friendly and I felt like family during my stay. I plan to stay there again on my next visit and I highly recommend any travelers that want quality for a reasonable price and service that out performs most other hotels in many categories to stay at this hotel rather than pay higher prices for less accommodation. I am very happy with this hotel in all categories.I give this hotel 10 stars.

Badly needs renovation
Reviewed By Christina HWe stayed at the hotel for a change. It was overpriced at a little over P10k. Room was old & badly needs renovation. There was even a big cockroach in the bathroom. Shower heater was not functioning. Saving grace was as usual the servers especially Edwin & July.

Reviewed By CariocatomStupidly loud. Otherwise an average hotel in a good location. But constant noise. A few customers drinking and playing loud obnoxious music at the entrance. At all hours. One complaint stopped it for a few hours but it returned early the next morning

Terrible first experience in the Philippines!!
Reviewed By 347andr_sfelipehIt was our first day in Philippines and it was HORRIBLE stay in that studio - Very Bad customer service, they want your money they are not interested in giving you a nice host experience -Rude manners and aggressive body language from the host -We had to booked daily through the app and then pay in cash. In that way they can get more money and we have to pay commission with each booking. -We left the property earlier than we planed because host + Owner wanted to charge us 93.24 pesos (1.69Euros) more than the rate showed by our booking app confirmation: 716.24 pesos. -We had to talk with the owner by an American phone number about the unfair over price issue and he did not provide any alternative to us, he just threatened us by reporting us with Booking.com app if we do not pay 400 Pesos extra (7.25 euros) because we "overstay" 4 hours the day we choose to leave the property because the unfair over pricing they request. -After a 30 hours flight we landed in Clark International Airport at 6 am, the Host did not let us do check in early, we had to wait until 2 pm to do check in. They charge you 200 Pesos (3.62Euros) per hour if we wanted to check in earlier - Toilet does not work, you have to pour water from a bucket in order to flush the dirty one -The mattress is curvy and is very soft - not comfortable for your back THIS IS NOT A PLACE FOR BACKPACKERS NEATHER TRAVELERS. IT IS MORE A MOTEL SERVICE STYLE WHERE THEY MAKE YOU PAY PER HOUR
