Beautiful small hotel right by the plaza
Reviewed By Freedom31100472907A small cute hotel right at the plaza. We got a room facing the plaza, which was really beautiful. Requested a crib for my son and got it for no extra charge. If you arrive by car I’d recommend use the public parking space that is down the street from the hotel. We arrived by a car and were able to rent a private parking from the hotel but it was located a bit from the hotel and the drive there was difficult due to the narrow streets streets in this town. All in all great experience, would definitely recommend!!

A priori, il correspondait à tous mes critères : non fumeur, climatisation, salle de bains individuelle, WIFI, parking gratuit, restaurants à proximité et piscine. Le site booking.com a pour politique de "mettre la pression" aux personnes qui consultent leur site en indiquant que la plupart des hôtels sont complets à mes dates et que je peux bénéficier d'une annulation gratuite. J'ai donc réserver dans cet hôtel. Lorsque j'ai reçu l'e-mail de confirmation : la réservation n'était ni annulable, ni remboursable et l'argent (plus de 1 000 euros avait déjà été débité de mon compte). J'ai portant vu annulable. Je ne sais pas si j'ai mal cliqué, ou si il y a eu un bug au niveau de site ou pire... J'ai tout de suite contacté l'hôtel par e-mail, en m'excusant et en expliquant qu'il s'agissait d'une erreur, ils n'ont rien voulu savoir. J'ai contacté le service client de booking, mais ils n'ont rien voulu savoir non plus. J'ai essayer de téléphoner : personne ne répond. Cet hôtel n'a été pour moi qu'un gaspillage d'argent... Je pense que des gens aussi peu commerçant sont à fuir absolument et que je n'y mettrais jamais les pieds sereinement dans l'esprit des vacances.

Reviewed By Darren SWe booked this hotel before the first lockdown, and paid £500 upfront. I have kept in contact with them every few months, to let them know of my replan. When the rules were finally relaxed, I booked my flights and contacted the hotel yet again. At this point, after messaging them a number of times to prompt a reply, they finally told me it was too late, and they would not honour it. So this hotel has kept my money, in return for no service in return. And if the hotel does reply to this message, asking me to contact them, I have attempted to, multiple times. I will leave it for you, the reader, to decide if you can trust this hotel.

Charming place in the centre of beautiful Sóller!

I read reviews before I came and was worried about the lack of service but I actually ended up loving that. Although there was no physical presence in the hotel, I had a Whatsapp welcoming me a few hours before and they left me know how to check in and to message if there’s any problems. As I come and go to the room after day trips, it was nice to just be able to come in and out easily. It was also quiet which I loved! Not loads of guests. I was in Room 8 which facing out onto the street where you come in and it was located near reception. I was worried about the noise level but there really wasn’t any at all! I woke up listening to birds and I had the entire garden to myself at lots of points. If you are a solo traveller, it’s a very safely situated hotel and I felt right at home here. The memory foam bed was amazing! Best nights sleep that I’ve ever had in a hotel. Overall, loved it! If you’ve got a vague itinerary and would like somewhere to stay that is central, is safe, easy check in and checkout (my flights were at awful times so it was nice not worrying about this) and don’t need much hotel service - this is the place for you. The place was always immaculate too and room service was always after midday so it didn’t ever disturb me. Fantastic little place! They even sold water in the fridge by reception so no popping out the shop needed. Everything was so easy! The only negatives were that there was no pool as mentioned and the furniture is basic and some were from Ikea. But was not a problem for me! There’s lots to see in the area including beaches so not an issue.

Good value for money
Reviewed By BaevergedSimple and very cheap accomodation in cabins with no fridge, aircon or tv. But if you can live without facilities like that, you will get good value for money. The breakfast is good but the bread could be better. The rooms are clean and cleaned well every day. Friendly staff and nice outside facilities. I realize that this is not the hotel's fault, but the crazy dogs of the neighbor properties bark from early morning till late night, which can ruin your sleep, so be sure to bring earplugs. All together I'm satisfied with me one week stay here.

Amazing view , beautiful old house
Reviewed By stanleycromoWhat an amazing place with a great view of Sóller. We where lucky with the weather and managed to have a few days round the quiet pool. Lovely fresh breakfast eaten outside listening to the sound of the frogs and donkeys, loved our apartment with its balcony you can watch all the walkers going by and a great place for a few afternoon drinks. The road as explained in other reviews is not for the faint hearted a little car is a most. We will definitely stay again ?
