Reviewed By barscoincWe enjoy the drive-up motels, and this one is attractive with music motifs on the walls between rooms denoting Mountain View's reputation as a center for all kinds of American folk-based music. The staff were especially helpful and the room was charming with all usual amenities and excellent wifi. We appreciated the way we were treated and the cleanliness and attractiveness of the facility - high marks!

Reviewed By 1100expressthe hotel pool was freshly painted , new supply was being unload at hotel on my first night , looked like new beds ,and air conditioners , my room was so large i got the updated king suites i guess. ,hotel manager gave me a discount because i was staying so long ,hotel employees where very helpful and in lobby is like a small store with food and drinks

The motel facility features about 50 rooms, with 24 second level balcony rooms that overlook the beautiful Spring River and countryside. Since September 2018, NEW ownership/management has made significant and ongoing upgrades. This budget-friendly motel is ready to provide travelling guests a warm welcome! Choose a room with full beds, queens, or king bedroom accommodations. Cable TV, coffee maker in each room, microwave and refrigerator in some rooms, and ice and soda vending machines outside. The motel has dedicated smoking rooms and pet-friendly rooms.

Reviewed By elizabethhC5482OOWe made the mistake of staying at the Riverview Motel last night. Around 11pm the mice came out. One was in my bed around 2am. If my toddler wasn’t with us we would have left immediately. We used to come here every summer 15 years ago and never had any problems but it has gone down hill so bad! Mouse droppings were in the bed. I slept less than 2 hours. I’ve never been so ready to go home in my life

Unclean and not as advertised
Reviewed By michaellK9846NFDo not trust the pictures you see online, they are not an accurate description of this property. Made a formal complaint to Wyndham. Carpet was so dirty the bottoms of my feet looked like I had walked barefoot outside, the bathroom tub was not draining properly and I was up to my ankles in water, the toilet barely flushed, the exhaust fan did not work. The ac unit was leaking water onto the carpet, leaving the room moldy and musty smelling, not to mention the gnats that were all over the bathroom sink. The TV had sound but no picture, and no breakfast as advertised. Checked out as soon as we could the next morning and will not return.

Reviewed By jeremymaynor88Will never stay at this horrible motel again! Dirty, unkept, and sketchy. There was a dirty towel in the room. There was also a “clean” towel that had black oil stains on it and holes big enough to put my arm through.

Reviewed By debriscoe2I would not consider this a vacation hotel. It is just a place to sleep. The lack of sufficient internet, television, hot water, ice, microwave, and was unsatisfactory. But it was a clean place to stay and quiet in our room.
