Great Location, Great Staff

Reviewed By Sid W

We loved our week here in a one bedroom condo. The condo was very clean and well stocked with dishes and cookware. Bed was comfortable. But what made this place even better was the staff. Every singe staff person we met was friendly and certainly seemed like they really liked their jobs. The location was great for day trips into New York and Vermont as well as the towns in the Berkshires. And right across the street was a terrific Stop and Shop grocery store and gas station.

Stonehaven Family Farm

Farm Stays offer guests the opportunity to relax in the peace and quiet of a farm and participate in farm life. You might want to feed the sheep, ducks, and chickens. Or collect eggs warm from the nest. Or harvest produce from the garden. We're also 5 minutes from the beaches of Buzzard's Bay, on the coastal wine trail and close to Historic New Bedford and Fall River.

Wonderful stay with our toddler!

Reviewed By Karin K

Small family farm - our toddler enjoyed the sheep, the chickens, the ducks and roasting marshmallows with the family dog. The only thing I would say is that if you have done other farm stays, the involvement and number of animals here is slightly less. Nice breakfast, beautiful, tranquil setting!

The Harvard Faculty Club

On the edge of historic Harvard Yard, the Harvard Faculty Club offers an atmosphere of dignity, elegance and charm for members of the University community. Fine dining, decorative private dining rooms, comfortable overnight accommodations, reasonable prices, and personalized attention make it one of the most inviting establishments in the Boston area. As a Harvard faculty member, administrative/professional or long-service staff person, retiree, or alumnus/a, and reciprocal club members at any ACUC affiliated club, you and your guests are always welcome.

ELEGANT ATMOSPHERE THAT REKINDLES THE HEART

Reviewed By 77RobertH

I have eaten many meals here over the years but never stayed overnight. The common areas of the building are ageless, and unfortunately the guest rooms as well. The staff is professional, the guest bathrooms have been done over in classical style but the rooms are tiny and the beds are difficult to share because they just don't seem like queens, they feel like the traditional "full beds" which were anything but.

Stumpsprouts Guest Lodge

Wonderful place

Reviewed By Mibelomi

We stayed there as a group and it's just the most wonderful place. Nestled into nature and everything designed and run in an eco-friendly way that blends in with the environment. The owners take such good care of the house, the land and the guests. The food was scrumptious and very varied, I think everyone finished their plate at every single meal and went back for seconds. A true gem, as someone else has said before. A place where the shoulders drop in relaxation from the moment you arrive.

Home away from home

Reviewed By 720helenas

Beach Plum has been our perfect summer getaway and home away from home for the past 15 years. Gloria is the “Hostess with the Mostest” and she makes this quaint and cozy place even more special. Breakfast is a delight on the deck, especially when served with Gloria’s epic stories- all true btw. The pool is a nice feature and perfect for a dip on a hot day. Come and enjoy this little peace of heaven! The Santos-Martins Family

When you drive in, the 6 rooms to the left are newer and that is what we got two years ago and this year also

Those units are newer and clean From there it goes downhill The old Lady at reception, Leslie I believe, is rude If you succeed to talk to the owner who is not young and have difficulty to walk... he is nice and pleasant after his body as warmed up ( age and old muscles I assumed) But you have to accept it is an odd place
