Reviewed By Rae91RaeThis was a great experience. A nice cheaper option right off the highway. I felt safe as a solo traveller and loved that it had the two locks on the doors. The toilet was a little dirty, but everything else was very spacious. They had all the amenities!

This simple budget hotel off interstate 70 is is 1 mile from Salina, half a mile from black hawk arena, 47 miles from Fremont National Forest, 74 miles from Capitol Reef National Park, 100 miles from Bryce Canyon National park and 41 miles from Fremont Indian National Park. Free Wifi, flat-screen TVs, Premium channels, work desk and chairs are offered in each of the relaxed, modern rooms along with coffee makers,mini fridges & microwaves. Freebies include continental breakfast, long distance calls and free parking for vehicles of all sizes. There is also an outdoor swimming pool, a sundry shop, onsite laundry facilities, and an onsite Mexican restaurant. A "convenient location," "very nice clean rooms" and "ample free parking" garner good buzz from our guests. For that reason make the Econolodge your choice today.

Reviewed By 820dollyhThis place is a dump! Remember the movie Vacation and the pool scene? Yup, that's this pool. Moving on to our room. The lamps didn't work because there were no light bulbs. Seriously...wtf? Old dirty bathroom. Pergo instead of carpet. Didn't even attempt to open the fridge. The TV was old and outdated. I normally take pictures of all my views, but I walked in and walked out. My husband and grandson slept in the room. I opted for the backseat of our VW Tiguan...

A place where you feel welcome
Reviewed By rvsparkyEvery once in a while you arrive somewhere and it just makes you feel good. For me this was that place. From the phone call to reserve the room and then through the check in both people were just warm and accommodating. The rooms are clean and welcoming. I am glad we choose to stay here

New management doing a good job
Reviewed By tammisvOur stay was comfortable and efficiently handled. Only advice might be extra blankets on the beds. Room was clean and well-priced. A mini-fridge and a microwave are great additions. The improvements made by the new owners are promising!
