Good hotel
Reviewed By Jon WAlthough the exterior of the hotel needs some attention, as do the communal areas, the rooms here (well, the one we had) are great - freshly decorated, clean and a decent size. We had a great sea-view, but you have to be careful what you ask for, because some of the rooms have the rather large Ocean restaurant between them and the sea. The hotel is right on the coast road but the opposite side of the peninsula to the town, so if you don't want to eat at the Ocean restaurant, eating is a decent walk or a drive away. Staff friendly and helpful. will definitely return.

Reviewed By FSCookGreat small individual hotel. Well situated,superb food served in restaurant,clean and friendly welcome. Stayed here for several nights September 2012 and found it very pleasing. Good value for money and would love to go back. I didn't have breakfast but my friends said it was good. We all had dinner and it was excellent. Great selection of good wine and well priced. Very helpful and friendly service.

Reviewed By RoyEArrived early evening, met by our hosts, Erwan & Virginie, booked into Rm 12 on the 2nd floor with a view overlooking the coast. Reasonable sized room c/w en-suite and complementary toiletries. Had the buffet continental breakfast the three days we stayed, good selection of cheese, meat, eggs, yoghurt, cereals, fresh fruit, bread & drinks. Parking was at the rear of the hotel with its own off road parking. Only a 20min walk from the centre where there is a choice of restaurants & shops. There is a path on the coastal side of the road that goes round the island, worth the walk. Had to have the window open due to the heat, overnight the traffic was very light, not enough to keep us awake. Erwan & Virginie were very helpful if we had any questions about the location, our French was not very good but their English was very good.

Un petit séjour agréable et reposant. Le petit déjeuner copieux, produits frais et grande variété de produits, crêpes, confiture, pain, pain au chocolat, croissants, jus de fruits.. Personnel très agréable et accueillant. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Very comfortable room and excellent breakfast
Reviewed By Beckie BThe hotel is situated conveniently just off the main street, and opposite the fish market (which isn't a problem at all!). It was easy to walk there from the station, and easy to find. I arrived early, and asked if I could leave my bag whilst waiting for my room - but the room was ready (at 11am) and I was given the key, which was great. The room itself was very pleasant; I had booked a single, but was given a double. It was very tastefully decorated, and even had a small balcony. Much nicer than I was expecting! The shower room was small, and quite dated (very 1970s!), but was very clean and perfectly adequate, with nice toiletries. The bed was probably one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in!!! And breakfast the following morning was very good. The restaurant is very nicely decorated, and the food was excellent. Very fresh croissants, bread and pain au chocolate, cheese, yoghurts, boiled eggs and fresh juice. Although it's not included in the room rate, it was worth paying the extra for. The only slight problem is that the reception and restaurant areas are only linked by going up a flight of stairs, along the corridor and down another flight of stairs. So the reception isn't always manned, and you need to ring the bell on arrival and wait for someone to arrive. This was the same when checking-out; the only member of staff was in the restaurant, and there's no bell inside the reception - so it was necessary to go all the way back to the restaurant to find someone to pay! Not really a problem though. All in all, a very nice little hotel, pleasantly located and with very good breakfast!

Fantastic views, beautiful food, great service
Reviewed By nicolemessieFour of us had lunch at the restaurant, not the bistro. The views over rocks and the ocean are fantastic. The service was impeccable. The food was beautifully presented and exquisite in taste. Dessert was scrumptious too, three of us ordered soufflés, all cooked to perfection. The atmosphere is calm and quiet and allows for peaceful conversation. The courses are expensive but as a special treat this restaurant could not be recommended more highly.

Nice for a short stay
Reviewed By GuiMazI've stayed in this hotel only 1 night because my wife and I were traveling around "Bretagne" last summer. The hotel is nice, we had an entire apartment only for us. We could enjoy the pool only the two of us. I think that for a longer stay (1 week) I'd recommend to go elsewhere to swim cause the hotel must be really crowded.
