Reviewed By bimlermThe room at this hotel was clean but the bed was so hard, the pillows were bad, the internet was slow. There were no washcloths, hand towels or bath mat in the room. I had to ask and they brought one washcloth.

No Airport Shuttle As Advertised
Reviewed By Mary WThe website advertised free airport shuttle, but none was available. When I contacted the front desk to arrange it upon arrival, the receptionist brushed it off, saying that it was advertised as a general statement about the hotel but not available at this particular hotel. She didn't apologize about any the inconvenience. When I arrived at the front desk of the hotel, there was a notice on a sign that advertised shuttle services from the hotel. The room was clean but the air conditioner rattled the whole time and the bathroom door shut only with a little extra force.

Reviewed By Hisoka27Well let me start, they advertise free WiFi but it hasn’t been on or even an attempt to be turned on they stay dismissive about it to when you ask. During this pandemic I found it unbelievable that they asked us for rent ahead of time and even though I pay them every week on time which is $300 by the way, they knocked on my door an hour before it was due to make sure we was going to pay even though they never had an issue with me. They are kicking people out who been there for months during the coronavirus! They have a security guard their by the name of Vasquez (George Zimmerman) is the name I call him because he constantly came up to me during the time I stayed there asking questions: “do you stay here?” “you not the room with the rowdy noise are you?” he even told me I couldn’t sit in my own vehicle to smoke a cigarette when I just pulled up in the driveway on the property I PAY RENT TOO EVERY WEEK. MANAGER IS NEVER NO WHERE TO BE FOUND. Asked for the manger 5 Times still no call back. Worst place I stayed in Orlando my entire life. again please save your money!!!

Lots of rough looking people gathering in the lobby and wandering around the parking lot with one with squawking birds on her shoulder (I believe it had more teeth with his beak than she did in her mouth), A group of 3–1 of how to Mickey Mouse patch for pain relief on her for head – signing up for another week at the motel six (your tax dollars at work). Several that reeked of marijuana in and out of the parking lot at 3 AM. Woke up with loud thumping music at 6 o’clock. Bugs lining the welcome sign in the lobby was not very welcoming. But the room was clean so there’s that. Stay here if you’re desperate or really really poor
