Reviewed By AverageJoe55Best chain hotel in Thomson easily. Stayed on a weeknight. Staff was above and beyond friendly. Housekeeping did a good job and the overall facility and furniture were in very good shape. Did not have breakfast. Would definitely stay here when back in town.

Reviewed By T5487GNericawThe stay was A ok! No issues at all, no complaints. It was clean, the bed was nice and firm, and the best part was that I didn’t have to walk all through the hotel to get where I needed to. I could pretty much drive up to my door and unload all my stuff.

We enjoyed our stay for one night but wouldn't want several nights in a row until there is better lighting in the rooms and some updating. Even so, it was comfortable and friendly.

Reviewed By outdoornut1Sad location, not clean, no coffee or cont. breakfast, very dated location. If you have a choice to stay anywhere else you would want to do that. The guy behind the counter blamed covid for not having anything better yet all other locations have still been able to keep clean facilities and amenities

Not what we expected
Reviewed By GolfCathyThis hotel is awful. Before I go farther I’ll say that the employees were helpful and understanding throughout the ordeal. They advertise a bar and restaurant. Not true. Our room had a chair and painting supplies in front of the door when we arrived. Light bulbs out in every fixture except one. That one was a lamp that was unplugged. Upon inspection I found the socket was blackened and disfigured. Shower barely worked the first night. Knobs were loose. Next morning the knob to go from tub to shower came off in my hand and the pipes were knocking badly. Before we left that morning I dropped the knob and my complaints at the front desk. The young man moved us to another room and took one night off our two night bill. We heard others complaining of rooms not clean, weak water pressure and other things. Worst hotel by far that we have ever stayed in. Avoid this place. Don’t believe the rating on trip advisor. I’d give it one star. Our stay was April 3-4, 2022 for the Masters.

Working in the Area
Reviewed By Al YI was working in the area and looked online and saw a cheap rate. Figuring it was only for 1 night I booked and immediately regretted it. The main picture with the red sofa is not even of this hotel but rather an old picture of a room at the Comfort Inn, which I found out while scrolling through pictures on booking.com. I’m pretty sure you do not have the authority to use that picture. The room was disgusting, stains on the walls, drapes, sheets, etc. The office smells like curry and is usually unattended. This really is in such a secluded area that i felt I was in a horror film.
