The finca belongs since 200 years to one family. The ancestors have been farmers. The hotel is well maintained in general, rooms are very clean, spacious and well equipped (some of them have private outdoor jacuzzis). Staff is very kind, speak English fluently. A small spa is available with indoor, heated pool and sauna. Breakfasts are awesome, even though food in general is average and expensive.

Reviewed By pgagne149398It is an old train station office converted into an appart-hotel. We liked it. Our surprise was Ses Salines itself. Restaurant, stores, bakery over our expectation. We also loved to use the pool at our place and owners place.

BEWARE - LACK OF SAFETY and POOR SERVICE
Reviewed By Akabella8131The hotel itself was really nice and also the rooms and the breakfast were fine. BUT BE CAREFUL! On the first night, my bikini was stolen from the terrace and in the next morning after room cleaning, 60€ out of my boyfriends wallet that he left in the suitcase (non visible) were gone. We tried to talk to the reception but they didn’t care at all. They just said he should have put it in the safe. When we told them, that only the cleaning lady could have taken the money, they didn’t do anything except saying ‘we’re sorry’. Also we heard, that from two other rooms things were stolen from the terrace in the last week. There’s also another google review by a hotel guest, who’s room got broken into in the last months. Our conclusion is, that even if the hotel personal would have nothing to do with the incidents (what we don’t believe to be honest) it’s the hotel’s duty to keep the guests safe also from intruders from the outside. We never experienced anything like that in any other hotel around the world. When checking out we tried to talk to the reception again and asked them if they could give us any discount on the room since 60€ were gone and also a bikini worth 30€, but instead of talking to us about it they were extremely rude (we’re talking about a discount of 50€ not a couple hundred € here). They just said that they will talk to the cleaning lady now (wow, thanks a lot, that’s great, that they talk to her after we left) and almost kicked us out of the hotel. No discount whatsoever, no understanding and no service on side of the hotel. Even the hotel manager didn’t care about all the things that were stolen (obviously multiple times) at his hotel and didn’t show any insight. WE DIDN’T FEEL SAFE DURING OUR STAY, because we never knew what would happen in our room while we’re gone. The reception didn’t seem that they would even consider to change something after all the things that happened in this hotel. NEVER AGAIN. Poor service and lacking safety.

The area is great for walking, relaxing and has a nice pool. It is located close to beautiful towns, beaches and activities. We enjoyed great breakfasts.
