Close to all the amenities of Coffs Harbour, yet it is quiet, shady and protected with it's sub-tropical grounds plus lots of native birds. Dogs welcome ( conditions apply ). No dogs allowed during peak periods.

Staff are super friendly and welcoming and nothing is too big or small for them to help out with :) Our cabin was immaculately clean and comfortable, we can’t fault this holiday park at all! Perfect for kids and adults alike with heaps to do in the best location with the beach on your doorstep. A regular stopover for our family on holidays, we’ll definitely be back. Thank you!

Nice but over priced
Reviewed By georgiep337My husband and I stayed two nights in the Pool house and it was clean, quiet and tranquil. For $890.00 for two nights however we may have expected a little more luxury, still we appreciated the setting and landscaping. As Sensom had advertised their BBQ and outdoor dining area as a good option for guests to enjoy their dinner, my husband and I decided this would be a lovely idea. Given there are strict rules that NO FOOD be eaten in the rooms, an outdoor BBQ was a great idea and we bought our supplies. Unfortunately when we went to use the BBQ is was filthy, just disgusting. It had cobwebs, mould and residue it had not been cleaned in months!! Prior to discovering this we mentioned to the host that we may indulge in a BBQ and she was definitely quick to suggest we eat out. All in all it was a nice stay and Lee was a very pleasant host, but it was truly well over priced.

OUR BEST ACCOMMODATION YET
Reviewed By Heath GOUR first impression as we drove down the hill and saw the beach was beautiful. OUR next impression as we opened the door to our home for four days was WOW. We absolutely loved our stay at The Shore Break Beach House at Sapphire beach just out of Coffs Harbour. We found the location perfect being right on the beach and in the middle of being able to go just south to coffs hourbour and sawtell or going north to Moonee beach, Woolgoolga and even Red Rock. OUR Hosts Were Very helpful and if we had an inquiry got back to us right away however were never intrusive and we had total privacy making it feel like it was our place. Would rate it ten out of ten in all aspects of our stay!!

Overpriced Dive. Don't book.

Toilet seat not even connected to toilet, paint chips and scratches all over, entry/kitchenette hadn't been vaccumed prior to our check-in (7:30pm). Kitchenette cabinetry broken and falling apart. For the money they charge, there are WAY better value stays in the area.
