New Owners not an improvement

This was a decent place to stay. We haved stayed for several years at this place while visiting son who lived nearby while at school. Used to be friendly and were allowed to bring pets. Hotel was no 5 star resort but always clean with friendly staff. They were recently bought out by new owners. They stopped putting any money into the place and stopped pets. The staff was always friendly but now new staff and all seem to hate their job. Our last visit was the worse. The rooms were not very clean. Found trash in by bed on the floor. Not vacuumed in a while and mold in the bathroom. Lots a things broken. Lights that dont work. Dont try to get in side door that hasnt worked since 2 visits prior. The cards to get in dont always work in your room. The staff again seemed all new. Most greeted not rudely but not friendly just business like. The staff during our stay all seemed miserable. The pool was closed due to being broken according to the desk. The place just has a run down feeling about it. Need to refurb sooner than later or at least a good clean. Hope the previous staff found better work. They were the main reason we stayed. Used to feel comfortable, last two times not so much. We will find another place next visit.

We stayed in this hotel as we were visiting family in Rome. Friendly reception and good sized room/bathroom. There was a coffee maker, fridge and microwave in the room. In line with a lot of hotels these days housekeeping is not standard and you have to request it. There were always apples and bananas available in the lobby. There was a good selection for breakfast - two hot options, bagel, toast, cakes, waffles, yoghurts plus hot beverages. The hotel also has a swimming pool which we didn't use

You got for what you pay... It is a cheap motel, it is not the high quality but it is was what I expected, @ 70$ / night we cannot expect the Hilton quality. It was O.K. for the price. I would probably go back there. Fast Wi-Fi

No Quality Inn

Reviewed By B1997PPlisal

This place was a dump. Ice machine was filthy. We had a guy digging through the garbage right outside our room in the middle of the night, small children yelling at 3am in the morning, filthy public restroom, verbal/physical altercation of couple who must have been living there, did not feel safe and did not sleep all night. Agree with other reviewer- save your money and sleep in your car.

I am extremely impressed with the complete makeover that has taken place with the rooms here. The very reasonable rates are topped off with clean up to date interior decorating. They have smoking and non smoking. Absolutely love it. Amazing owners.
