A bad experience from the beginning!
Reviewed By SandyV201First off they had our reservation for the wrong weekend. They they tell us because we are here this weekend that the second night will be $169.00? what? Well because "Larry the cable guy" has a show at the casino. She called a manager and they said..."sorry".... Then there is the hotel. It's in great need of a super cleaning and updating. Carpets gross and it smells like mildew and cigarettes. The staff was ok... I am sure they get tired of all the complaints. The positive was.. the shower was great andy he water was super hot and had good pressure.. always find the silver lining.. We won't be back.

They turned it down for like 5 mins. Then back up again . Also bed was broke we tryed to make that work. Ugh And then we seen a roach crawling on door. Jus awful!!!! Never again. Please people look somewhere else ! It's jus not worth it. Nothing quiet about this place

Very disappointing
Reviewed By Michelle OWhen I checked in the lady at the desk was on the phone. She never got off the phone. She would ask for my info then proceed with her conversation. She was talking about kids and how her kid couldn’t go to something because she had to work until 11:00. I had to interrupt her conversation to ask a question. The room smelled bad. It was a very run down place. It looked like some people probably lived there. It didn’t look like a very safe place. At least the bed was comfortable. And the shower had good water pressure. Breakfast was ok.

Reviewed By 1billymRoom had many problems no fire alarm TV wire directly into plug no phone cords home phone are hand set. No plugs in wall no latch on door except for key lock. The pool was clean but never opened gate always love asked attendant when it would open and they said it would not be open just for looks I guess no internet had internet but it was not motels they motels internet could not log on to. The continental breakfast was just dried cereal no milk or coffee or juice it is a cheap motel but they do not offer what they said there's no microwave in room there was a coffee pot but no coffee or anything to go with it they only gave two towels per day for four peoples.

Reviewed By ChrisReedDFWI booked this hotel on line for four people. We just needed a place to rest and sleep for an evening. The hotel is obviously old and pretty dirty as soon as you arrive. The bathroom was atrocious and showed disrepair and water damage. The vending area is also very dirty. In general it’s a dirty hotel. We checked in and tried to use our fire stick to watch Netflix but my hotspot from my phone was better than their WiFi. As we were showering and preparing to leave we noticed that despite checking in for four people they only gave us two towels. I sent my son to the front desk to get another towel 15 minutes before check our so I could rinse off before we left. The owner sent him back empty handed, telling him he couldn’t have a towel so close to check out. After we checked out I spoke to the owner to explain that they only gave us two towels in a room with four guests. He kept repeating that it was too close to check out to give him another towel. We’ll never stay here again and advise against it for others if you want a clean place with basic customer service.
