2 night stopover Bilbao to Salou
Reviewed By alew141Booked a 2 night stay to break the journey from Bilbao to Salou. Thought it was nearer to Zaragoza it was an hours drive on twisty roads with a big outfit. Site is terraced and needs careful navigation with larger vans. Pitches are hard gravel so hardened pegs essential. Pitches are good size and taps drains and electric all in easy reach. Toilets and showers clean and tidy but short in supply. Bar does daily menu for 11 euros and is very average. Pool is good size and kept very clean. The local village has 2 small supermarket. Nearest town Catalyud is 30 mins away and has lots to see plus big supermarkets and a Bullring if that's your bag.

Dirty and overpriced
Reviewed By rdc80Overpriced for what you get and you don’t get much at all. Rooms are tiny, advertised as 20 sq mt but would be lucky to be 15 and the view is very ordinary, not worth it. Breakfast is poor, cutlery and plates etc were dirty and there were flies everywhere with food uncovered. Toaster was disgusting, looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years and there were old bread crumbs everywhere, even on my seat! The building the rooms are in didn’t have a a light in the corridor and then had all water cut off in the morning but the owners didn’t bother to advise us, tried to convince us the entire town was cut off yet the hotel across the road didn’t have any water issues at all. The lady was very rude about it so we checked out early. Don’t bother staying in Nuévalos if you’re visiting Monasterio de Piedra as you can visit for the day and stay somewhere else that is nicer.

Reviewed By BadgerEssexboyLots of us stayed here before going to a wedding at the Monastery nearby. The price was very reasonable it was clean and comfortable. We had a huge corner room with a huge super king size bed and two other beds and a massive balcony. Breakfast was good to and included in the price. We had a great night there and would return.

Reviewed By LibbyAHWe had a lovely suite with a large terrace. Everything was clean and amenities very nice. Adjacent parkland was beautiful with all the waterfalls. It is just steps from the hotel. Meal service was very god and reasonably priced.

Victoria es encantadora te recomienda los mejores restaurantes de la zona y las mejores visitas, no te puedes perder nada de lo que te recomienda, todo es perfecto. Si volvemos por la zona sin duda Iremos a la posada Donato. Hemos estado como en casa
