Reviewed By Amy BI will never stay at this hotel again. Piles of hair on the bathroom floor. Sink did not drain properly. Huge cobwebs in corners of the room. Although I made Management aware of the issues, and they sent Housekeeping the following morning, there was only a negligible improvement. There was still hair on the bathroom floor, cobwebs in the corner of the room, and clogged sink. Gross.

Reviewed By sib1274We love our stay at AC Hotel Boston North. It is close to Boston and has a nice trail along the river nearby. And parking is free. There are many restaurants within a 5-minute walk. The staffs are very professional and very friendly. I want to give a shoutout, especially to Ms. Rosemary and Ms. Cynthia who went the extra mile to accommodate my request by finding us a room that meets our needs. Their efforts are much appreciated.

Great option for visiting Tufts
Reviewed By oesrnGreat hotel for Tufts University drop off! Near shops like Target, Bed Bath & Beyond plus good supermarkets. New bedding and towels for your student can be washed at the hotel. (Laundry facilities are on 9th floor - 2 washers and 4 dryers which cost about $2 for each cycle.) Room is comfortable with a tiny kitchen - just a one burner stove but full size fridge. Dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent supplied. TV includes streaming options. Great shower with good temp and water pressure. Nice staff. Only negative is parking. There are few spots at hotel property so if you arrive in the evening or are unlucky, you will park in a garage across the street. It’s easy to access and has security. Hotel is about 15 minute drive from airport with no traffic.

Reviewed By Ron SNice hotel. Everything is new and modern. The room is of decent size although the top floor is hit by heavy wind and at night it sounds like a plane takeoff. Good bed. The breakfast was covid-style but acceptable. Parking is tight as there a couple of hotels competing for the parking spots but they say you can park on the street.
