Reviewed By SchmidDidiÜber die Batimat-WebPage ein familienfreundliches Apartment in Ljubac gefunden und abgeleitet davon eine Anfrage an Batimat generiert. Nach einer anfangs befriedigenden und informativen mail-Kommunikation haben wir uns entschlossen, zu buchen. Mit dem Buchungsauftrag wurde Batimat gebeten, uns Informationen darüber zu geben, warum der kalkulierte Preis im Angebot letztendlich dann höher war als in der Preisliste im Web ausgewiesen. Die Antwort lautete, dass ein Fehler im System vorlag und dieser unmittelbar korrigiert wurde. Wir haben den erhöhten Preis akzeptiert, weil unsere Entscheidungsfindung doch schon weit fortgeschritten war und haben dies auch Batimat mitgeteilt. Aus unerklärlichen Gründen wurde dann von Batimat unsere Reservierung ohne Angabe von Gründen überraschend storniert ... Mittlerweile haben wir eine Alternative gefunden und sind eigentlich froh, damit eventuell weiteren Problemen mit Batima aus dem Wege gehen zu können.

Reviewed By 512aidapWe rented one of the apartments in this house for 12 days. We arrived at 2pm and the apartment wasn’t cleaned yet, so the owner said we should come back at 6pm as she wanted to go for a swim first (!) -while we were left to melt at 35 degree Celsius outside. When we got back the apartment wasn’t clean. I gathered some of the dirt which was on the floors and left it for the owner to see when she came to collect the rent. She acted surprised at first and when I told her that she didn’t clean the flat, she said she ment to say sorry she had an emergency. As we already paid in advance for a night and she wanted the whole rent in advance, we saw ourselves forced to stay. She didn’t even offer a discount for the uncleanliness. The aircondition is not enough to keep the apartment even close to tolerable. The chairs, beds and sofas are very uncomfortable, although there is a terrace, you can not use it, because there is nothing which would provide any shadow. As we payed more then the average price for an apartment at that location and that time, we were very disappointed and can not recommend this apartment house for a vacation.
