Reviewed By Donald SAs with most Comfort Inns I've stayed at, the rooms and bed are very comfortable (one thing I hate are pillows that go flat as a pancake as soon as your head hits them). Breakfast was okay at best, biscuits were way over-cooked and the two I had were hard as rocks even with sausage gravy. They offered strawberry pancake batter, but again, there was none there. My little caviat above (the but part) is beware of getting rooms on the top floor in the front. There are spotlights that shine in the building at night and they are BRIGHT!!! Thank goodness they had room darkening shades otherwise we would have never fallen asleep. Oh, and then there's the rumbling of trains going by...not bad but still unexpected.

The view of the mountains was the best part of this stay. Not as nice inside as we hoped.
Reviewed By CloakofstarsWe stopped here on a road trip due to the good reviews we found. Unfortunately, we did not have the same experience others must have. While the beds where clean (which is my number one issue when looking for a hotel), the building itself needs a little work. The room was a bit dirty, had mold in the shower but the part that bothered us the most was the three roaches my husband killed during our one night stay. He did not tell me about this until afterwards as to not freak me out and told me he killed a spider instead. Needless to say, we will not be back.

Nasty bedbugs roaches
Reviewed By jessyndavid2022House burnt and I needed a place to stay for a couple nights bedbugs and roaches were all over the place fridge has mold and they wouldn't refund would do anything else or even help with anytying said it's the one I book through and they said it's the hotels it's nasty don't go tear that place down

Beautiful location at the base of the mountain with views anyone would love. Convenient to Interstate 40 and only 35 miles to Knoxville. We offer rooms with one King bed or two Queen beds along with microfridge units, coffee pots, irons and boards in every room. Large outdoor pool open year round. Hot breakfast bar including biscuits and gravy, eggs, pastries, cereals, juice, bread and waffles. Business center in the lobby. 24 hour front desk.

Reviewed By ricrom62Good price but the rooms were very dirty. Open shampoo bottles, counter not wiped down, mold on shower curtain, mirrors filthy and dirt on pillow cases. They gave us a different room but it was still not clean. Nice check in-bad cleaning staff.

Reviewed By tdicki305058I had a problem finding the property as it is part of another property. After finding the property there was a loose dog in the lobby. The dog was the owners dog. The check in clerk acted as if I was disturbing them and was insulted when I asked who the dog belonged to. I asked about the promised pool only to find out you had to walk through the parking lot then through the lobby to get to the pool which is shared with the Baymont hotel. The same with the breakfast.The room had 3 small pillows on a king sized bed. The thing that was the worst of everything was there were ants in the bathroom. I asked to check out early and was told I could then when I went to the front desk I was told I couldn’t. The same dog was in the lobby by the way. After arguing with the clerk I was allowed to check out. I asked for a receipt and that was a problem as well.
