Reviewed By ian_dempsterPut in here by air France as due to delays missed our connecting flight. Large hotel which you get to on the airport shuttle train. Bed in room large and comfortable but bathroom very cramped. Was OK for nothing for one night but wouldn't stay out of choice

Half-abandoned motel
Reviewed By Ashok Gstayed at this hotel as part of an organised group tour between 8th and 10th June 2019. Felt more like a half-abandoned motel rather than a full fledged hotel. Hardly any staff around, no room service or proper housekeeping. On the first day i was shocked to find on my return that the bed had NOT been made up. On calling reception, he, instead of apologising, started arguing with me that they were NOT SUPPOSED make up beds(imagine!).I checked with other colleagues who said their beds HAD been made up. He suggested that if i wanted my bed to be made up, i can place a request and he would try to do something about i! Had a terrible experience and just waited to get out.

Had to have a freezing cold shower in the morning due to no hot water which was strange as my co worker next door had hot water?? I did get offered a free breakfast because of this but wasn’t impressed with what they had to offer and just would have preferred hot water!!!!

Bad experience. The hotel is not clean and they keep on tempering with your credit card.

For my 5 days I was requested to pay additional deposit of more than $2000. The staff and service is poorly trained and the keep on asking for your credit card. After the stay I started seeing all these strange transactions in Goussainville France.

Good, basic hotel about 45 mins from Paris
Reviewed By GJE_1981Does exactly what it says on the tin. This is a clean, basic hotel, similar to an ibis back in the UK. There are no luxuries, and everything is very plastic if you know what I mean, but it is cheap. The breakfast is good, which you have to pay extra for, and there is Goussainville train station and a Lidl within ten minute walk that are easy to access. This was a lot cheaper than many hotels in Paris, but ideal for exploring Paris and Euro Disney (which is a 45 minute drive away). It was very close to Paris CDG Airport as you could hear the planes coming and going. You could buy a one day ticket for the metro for about 10 euros, which was brilliant. A special mention must go out to the reception staff, who were only too happy to help with any advice and recommendations.

Paris Trip
Reviewed By sexyFiatLocation from the city was too far over an hour away in the train ? or taxi. Place smelled musky and it was outdated. Rooms are small but have the basics. Breakfast is not included and we didn’t realize this until after checking out. You have stores across the street and a bakery. The train station is 5 minutes walking distance and you can get the tickets ? at the station the same day. It’s close to airport so you hear the planes ✈️ above you.
