The best aspect of the hotel though was the staff who were all very helpful and to be commended. Rooms were typically Ibis and comfortable. Barry

A cheap hotel near the IUT, Laval train station and the A81 If arriving from the train station, the B&B Hotel Laval is just 5 minutes away, as is Laval town centre. The IUT and the golf course are within almost immediate proximity. For those intending to take the Armoricaine motorway (A81), the N162 national road will lead you there in just a few minutes. Very convenient!
Excellent budget hotel
Reviewed By bobbimauletWe stayed one night. The check-in is different than from what I have ever seen. We parked outside the hotel parking since the gate was closed. We had to check-in via a distributor style machine to get the code and room number to enter the gate and then to proceed to our room. No key, no card, just a code which works great. The room was clean. The kids loved the family room since their beds were on a mezzanine. I gave the hotel 4 stars i stead if 5 since the room is a bit tight but otherwise perfect for a one night stay. Breakfast was fine.

Reviewed By 01790179Nous sommes accueillis dans un manoir remarquablement restauré et décoré avec goût. L'hôtesse est très attentive et nous nous sentons comme chez nous. Petit déjeuner varié et de très bonne qualité. Trois chambres qui gagnent à être utilisées en famille comme nous l'avons fait.

Reviewed By JulianneClamensNous avons séjourné deux nuits dans la chambre "Brume d'automne". Le lieu est superbe, très paisible. La chambre est décorée avec goût, la literie très confortable. Vous bénéficiez aussi d'une grand terrasse aménagée, parfaite pour les soirées d'été. Les hôtes sont très accueillants et aux petits soins. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux avec beaucoup de choix. Les repas proposés le soir sont parfaits, mention spéciale pour le barbecue, un délice. Le lieu se trouve juste à côté du Mans, parfait aussi si vous voulez aller au Zoo de la flèche à environ 30 minutes de route.
