Reviewed By 508isabelwThis is a lovely hotel. We are on our third night of four. The staff are friendly and try very hard to help non Spanish speaking English. The rooms ,with large built in wardrobes with hangers, are spacious as is the ensuite and the terrace which has a table, two chairs and sun loungers. The whole place is kept very clean The food is excellent and the continental breakfast is the best I have ever had on holiday with freshly juiced oranges, cheese ham, croissants, frittata and toast. Lovely coffee served by staff.Plenty of choice for the very reasonably priced evening meal which is of high quality. It is very quiet but it is only a short walk from the beach and not too far afield there is a lot to see and do with the city of Almeria only a short drive away, Los escullos with the interesting limestone formations and the town where the streets are named after famous actors ,to name just a few.

Hotel de Las Salinas between the sea and the salinas on the beach. Ideal place to visit all the Natural Park: sandy beaches, small coves, volcanic landscapes, dunes, endemic vegetation, film landscapes, bird reserves (Pink Flamenco , etc.) The rooms are original new, renovated with private bathroom, superior rooms with terrace to watch the sea bathed by the sun, perfect to rest and restart, comfortable and ready for your arrival.

Reviewed By E445SJdavidsThe area is perfect, even me partner and me stayed the half of the days in Las Salinas because for us was the best area of Cabo de Gata. The hotel is very cosy and Manolo (the owner of the hotel) was very nice with us. Highly recommended for a quiet holidays.

El Albergue de San Jose is a hostel in the national park Cabo de Gata in the village San José. We offer rooms with 2, 4 or 6 places in bunk beds. The toilets and the showers are shared with the other guests. Two terraces outside and a comfortable patio inside are available. A Restaurant/Bar in front of the Albergue provides delicious breakfest, lunch and dinner as well as Cocktails. The beach is reachable with a walk about 200 meters. The price each person and night is: 15€ in the high season (1th of July to 1th of September) 12€ in the low season (rest of the year) The price includs bedsheets, internetaccess and a parking area for the car. Fridges are available to keep your food cool. The reception is open from 9 to 12 in the morning and from 18 to 21 en the evening.

Quiet family run hotel
Reviewed By 468dietmarkSmall family run hotel in a very quiet town. All the facilities were very clean and comfortable. The room was a bit on the small size but very appropriately priced. The staff and owner were very helpful and extremely friendly. Stayed here for two nights. Very close to the beach and restaurants.
