Reviewed By RainydockThis Hampton Inn lives up to the company's reputation, as our room was large enough, very clean and modern, and offered a quiet night sleep. The staff members, as they were in all our hotels on this trip, were super friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself is in a very busy, noisy area that isn't all that nice to look at, but the hotel property itself is well cared for.

Worst Quality Inn I’ve ever stayed at
Reviewed By Lanette48Quality Inn used to be a very nice hotel or maybe it was just this hotel?! Lots of riff raft hanging around the hotel. That should have been my first clue.. the family checking in ahead of me were having some issues with checking in and instead of going to the next person in line they made us all stand there waiting for about 45 minutes. I was super frustrated about the wait even I had booked online. Hotel smelled of marijuana in the halls and there was some blood spatters on the sheets. The door lock had been recently repaired but still didn’t close/lock properly. Other than that it was just ok. One plus was that they were pet friendly. Probably will not ever stay here again.

not recommended if you want anything clean except bed sheets to sleep and then leave.
Reviewed By J20222022Positive: next to Sizzler and walking distance to other fast food and $ store. Upon arrival the room had just been "cleaned". It took 4 of us 30 minutes with our own Clorox wipes on all surfaces, door knobs, light switches, lamps, counters, mini fridge, toilet, walls, floor and counter to get it somewhat able for my family to sleep in. Built up dirt, fingerprints and splatters on everything including the floor which still had standing water on it from being "cleaned". We wore flip flops the whole time. Maybe someone needs a new job, not getting paid enough but definitely not quality checked for guests. Sorry, wouldn't do it again or recommend it. Totally no where near worth the over $200 per night.

Worst dump experience
Reviewed By origami20Worst hotel I stayed in in the last two decades. Booked thru Expedia a non-smoking room, instead was given a completely smoked thru hell hole! We got in pretty late and had to get up at 5 the next morning, so didn't have time to go back and get a new room and all, but when we got back home, EVERYTHING had to go into the laundry because even the suitcase was stinking with smoke! The place hasn't been renovated and even meaningfully updated in the last 20 years, or so it seems, so it felt like a slum lord hotel type of establishment. The entry doorway was falling apart, A/C was so loud, it was shaking the window, you couldn't sleep thru it, and it would turn on / turn off on its own schedule, you had no control over it. The walls are paper-thin: somebody next door was filling up a tub, we could hear the whole thing to the last drop. Then somebody upstairs started pacing the room FOR AN HOUR at 2 a.m.. I'm really not sure where would you be going for an hour since your only two destinations (bed and bathroom) are literally 12 steps away, but somehow this person put on close to 10,000 steps, yes, at 2 a.m. Needless to say, we got about 2 hours of sleep. And it was the Indian Wells tennis tournament week, so the room cost almost $200 for the night. Next time, I'd rather sleep in the car than stay at this dump!
