Lakeside Village was conveniently located near a couple of restaurants and Mountain Base. Nowhere Pizza is the best! We ate there twice during our stay. I recommend figuring out the bus routes prior to arriving. Also, parking at River Run is free while Mountain base is not. Found out the hard way when we got a $25 ticket. Rooms were clean and had a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee pot. I did not realize when I booked that our room had Murphy Bed's, but it was not a big deal. It was nice to access to the pool, hot tub and sauna at Keystone Resort and Spa, which was only a couple of hundred feet away. I thought it was the perfect place for new skiers and families. My 9 year, after 1 day of ski school, was able to ski from the peak on Schoolmarm, which is 3.5 miles long. She had no issues. Very family-friendly. Tubing is a must-do. At most, there was a 2-3 minute wait to get on the lifts. We rented equipment from Mountain View Sports in Keystone. They were a bit cheaper than renting from the resort. They were very friendly and accomodating. I would recommend eating at Nowhere Pizza and Dillon Dam Brewery. They both had great food and family friendly.

Nothing was correct

I booked a loft for a total of 8 people (4 couples) with the room supposed to have 4 double beds, two twin beds and a pull out couch. Upon arrival it had one full bed, two twin beds, 2 sets of twin bunkbeds and NO pull out couch. Not only did all the couples not even get to sleep together, but because we were all adults the bunkbeds were simply not an option; leaving a couple to try to fit on a couch and/or sleep on the floor. Booking.com and this resort are completely at fault for not giving us the room that we paid for. We've stayed in Keystone area before but will never spend our money on a Keystone affiliated property nor any of the skiing areas. Will stay closer to Breck and commute to Loveland or A-Base. We also contacted Booking.com looking for them to right their wrong, but due to the property not contacting anyone back, there wasn't anything they could do.

Nice and close to Keystone Village and lifts

Just picture this. Waking up, opening the curtains and enjoying a live postcard scene with the mountain in front of you with skiers coming down the slopes. Fantastic view. Apartment was very close (2 blocks) from Ski rental and 3 blocks from entrance to Keystone Ski Resort. Comfortable, spacious, nice kitchen. I went to Dillon to pickup keys and did groceries shopping there and then went to the apartment. I recommend this place. Better deal I found in this area for Dec 21-24th.

Lakeside Condos are pretty awesome!

Stayed for 2 nights and 3 days at this resort, and overall it is a solid 4. Our condo was roomy, king beds in both bedrooms, and we had a wonderful patio that opened up out to the lake. All of the amenities were included in the kitchen and bath, we did not lack for anything. I do feel that this resort could be updated with fixtures and finishings that reflect the price, but that’s also a ski town for you. The conference center was within walking distance and it was very nice for the 800 people that were in attendance. We also had delicious food, and I think that you would not be disappointed if you booked an event here!

Gondola Resorts is a scam

You pay for a resort in the Keystone village. They double book you and play on you nature to accept an alternate place not in walking distance with better amenities. When you get there, you find yourself in much less expensive unit with no services and no amenities. If you need to cancel your reservation, call lawyer or credit card because this operation is a scam. You pay for what they advertise, they don’t have it and they move you miles away and pocket the difference.
