The 514 Appart Hotel offers fully furnished bedrooms for rent daily or more. The complex has 6 independent units of 20m2 (215ft2) each with furnished kitchen, modern bathroom, trendy furniture & appliance (safe box, HD TV, ceramic hob...). The units have a small private terrace shaded by a pergola, with a garden table, chairs and parasol to enjoy an aperitif or a dinner during the sunset. The 514 Appart Hotel has its own private parking, closed at night, where customers can park for free. A Wi-Fi connexion is also available for free in each room. Reviewed By Heather TIt's not an apparthotel, it is 6 studios with a reception that is never manned. We didn't see any staff it was check in by text. The studio was dirty, the quilt needed ironing, the grass needed cutting. It was very rough around the edges. I definitely wouldn't stay there again.

Reviewed By yshargalI did not meet the owner. She just sent a code to enter the property and the key was in the lock of the door's room. The room is part of a building with several rooms to rent and a shared kitchen. The room was big and confortable, with good lighting. WiFi worked well. The kitchen was well prepared, with 2 small refrigerators, cutlery, etc... The owner left milk, sugar, coffee and tea for our use. It is located next door to a grocery. Parking is in the street, but there was no problem to park. Not fancy but excellent value.

Reviewed By MarGarcia752006Llegamos a Carcassone a las 15:00 desde Barcelona qie veniamos, con toda la ilusión de pasar en familia unos días agradables de relax. Para nuestra sorpresa nos encontramos el apartamento sin hacer LITERALMENTE. Camas deshechas, toallas en el baño usadas y por los suelos, papeleras llenas de basura etc..........ya os podéis imaginar!!!!!! Nos ponemos en contacto con Booking y con el alojamiento y nos dicen que intentarán solucionarlo lo antes posible. Nos pasamos tres horas de espera en la puerta del alojamiento a ver si venía algún responsable a dar la cara. Y NADA, NADIE APARECIÓ. Nos llama y dicen que hasta mañana ya no pueden ir a limpiar que nos regalan la primera noche, insinuando que durmieramos en las habitaciones usadas y sin limpiar en TIEMPO COVID!!! VERGUENZA!!!!!!! Cancelados reserva al acto, NADIE se disculpó y nos tuvimos que buscar otro lugar para poder alojarnos. IMPRESENTABLES!!!!!!!!
