Reviewed By elleng858This Inn is a magical place of old world elegance. The porch welcomes you with rocking chairs facing a glorious lake and classical music playing quietly. The staff is the backbone one this place: they maintain this 1883 beauty with love and attention. Every little detail is attended to. The rooms are small but lovely with towering windows. The grounds are majestic with exotic foliage and statues. The location is perfect: hidden away from the bustling quaint town. Breakfast on the porch is a civilized way to end your trip before check out. Not cheap— but a treat you will treasure! Highest praise!

Reviewed By 307bunnyeWe enjoyed staying at this quaint and cozy getaway. Beth was very welcoming and helpful. I was so impressed with how clean and pleasant it was. Loved the antique decor and we loved the screened in patio where we had our morning coffee . We walked to downtown which was a few minutes away . How charming Mt Dora is . We will be back for sure .

Adora Inn, the only modern style inn in downtown Mount Dora is walking distance to all the town's shops, restaurants, parks, tennis courts, festivals and only thirty-five minute drive from the Orlando theme parks. Reserve online and "Add to your stay" Candle-lit Dinner, flowers, gourmet munchies or in-room massage.
Great place for a weekend getaway. Only place we stay in Mt Dora.
Reviewed By Traveler123456789432Arthur & John are the consummate innkeepers. I enjoy their conversation and appreciate their clean and comfortable B&B. We have been their guest at least 5 times over the past 10 years. Usually we stay in the Olive Room but also have been in the Treehouse Room and enjoyed them both.

Bad management
Reviewed By Leah GSadly had to cancel my birthday trip Bc I got covid. Messaged the owner and they said I could re book when ready . When I went to re book they would not honor it. I even have screen shots of the messages . They claim New ownership . I can not recommend doing business with these new owners .

Gracious Victorian Residence with a Tropical Flair overlooking Lake Dora, recently created to reflect times from our glorious past. Most of our rooms/suites have a view of Lake Dora, three have a fireplace and most can accommodate four guests or more if needed; they are unusually spacious and have an ensuite bath, mini frig, coffee pot, TV, embroidered bathrobes, irons/boards, complimentary toiletries, hair dryer and other amenities not typically found in small lodging establishments. You may find less expensive accommodations, however you will not find any that are nicer.. We also offer Handicap and separate 'Pet Friendly" accommodations and are a short walk to Historic Downtown Mount Dora's fine shops & restaurants, Mount Dora is 'Someplace Special.'

Reviewed By chrishenriquesThe rooms were beautifully decorated with period pieces. Clean private bathroom with walk-in shower. My room had outside access which was convenient. I visited with family. We felt like we we're visiting a relative. Relaxing, no rush, very comfortable atmosphere. Easy walk to downtown Mt Dora and a quick drive to Tavares.
