Bahia (locally [baˈi.ɐ]) is one of the 26 states of Brazil and is located in the northeastern part of the country on the Atlantic coast. It was a wonderful day culminating in the release back to the ocean of two sea turtles. Educational displays and exhibits are exceptionally well done and the music and activities for children were terrific. It is well worth spending a day. We were at the site in Florianopolis and the staff and facilities were great.
