Reviewed By Curious35437315592I was here with my wife, we had a lovely time. During the day we enjoyed the pool area with really nice music and happy people. All people working is really nice and service minded, specially Luciano Brito. We got a lot of support and recommendations about drinks, food from him. At night we went to the restaurant and they had live music that was really good. Next year we will come back with our family. As they also have a lot of activities for children. I can highly recommend this hotel!

It is also strategically located, one block away from the famous beach of Itapua, close to some of the best beaches in the city and only 15 minutes away from the Salvador International Airport. 02 children up to 12 year stay for FREE at same room (only for double twin beds rooms) as parents, the hotel does not provide extra beds. Check in from 2 pm Check out until 12 pm

Reviewed By thegingrasWonderful clean new hotel with great service. The breakfast is delicious with a large variety of food. The swimming pool is very nice and the hotel grounds are massive and well kept. There are several friendly iguanas crawling around and even a couple of cats.

The bar had no change for a 100 real note, despite the fact that Brazilian law requires places like the bar to have adequate change available.

Honest and caring hotel
Reviewed By celenavotelWe stayed here two different times while we were in Salvador. I have nothing but positive things to say about it- especially the staff. The breakfast buffet is plentiful and excellent and the location is central. The rooms are dark and quiet with comfortable beds . The shower is hot and has good water pressure. Aila at the front desk was so wonderful. She recommended things and helped us book some things in Portuguese that we didn’t understand . We are grateful for her patience , good attitude and wonderful English ! My husband left his wallet in our room and not only was it returned to us, it had all the cash and contents still in it. They are trustworthy with the guests experience in mind. Highly recommended staying here while in Bahia!

Disappointing
Reviewed By Maurilio GWe arrived in this hotel late in the late evening. We were given a very poor room. us a room. I believe if not all, almost all the rooms above the reception are not good. Need urgently an upgrade. We managed to upgrade for another room in the following day. That was nice close to the swimming pool. Breakfast definitely needs to upgrade as well. Everything is very basic. No much of options. Service - we felt extremely uncomfortable on the breakfast area and piscina area. Specifically because one member of the staff that has a tattoo in his neck saying “Atitude”seems to be homophobic. We were ignored several times by him and finally when we could get the attention he was very cold and dismissive towards us. I strong believe if this place would like to be the best in town should pick up carefully your employees. We don’t feel that we would like to come back and have the same “atitude” from a few members of the staff again. When we left the hotel was exactly the same in breakfast and some of the reception people. If you go to the swimming pool need to pay for the towels is just ridiculous. How a hotel is supposed to be 4-5 stars charge for that?! Our last night was if we were inside of a night club. Just outside of our room was a party going on when we finally could sleep was 5 o’clock in the morning.

Perhaps the hot food could have been slightly warmer. That said, this was the dinner buffet, so that can happen. The service was excellent. Fred did a great job of quickly and efficiently meeting our dining needs.

A rocky beach (not for swimming) is right outside, and although the rooms don't directly look out to sea, it was nice to be able to hear the ocean. The staff are friendly and helpful and although many speak some English, it is useful to be able to speak a little Portuguese . Breakfast was good, but dinner less so - on the night I ate in the restaurant the buffet wasn't on, and I suspect this would be better than ordering off the menu. The rooms are basic but clean and functional. Overall no complaints for the cost.

I got to the hotel at 5:30 pm after a 2.5 hours flight and This guy instead of helping us was very rude and very unprofessional. I believe that some how he owns the hotel or have something to do with the management. I asked very politely for some upper management help and he was very straightforward and told me you can leave the hotel “ I don’t care”. I will never recommend this hotel to anybody specially if you are planning to relax for a little bit in front of the ocean. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL FOR ANY REASON.

Hotel in a good location but a disappointing beach
Reviewed By geoffreyk142This hotel is good and has a very good buffet breakfast and I also enjoyed the evening buffet there. However, the beach which the hotel overlooks is difficult to access and also has a large building site next to it. The wifi is shocking and it is almost an exaggeration to say that it exists. In the rooms it keeps cutting out and in the restaurant it is not available at all in some parts
