This accommodation is a 4-minute walk from the beach. Hotel Sant Jordi is located in a quiet area, 200 meters from Segur de Calafell train station and a 5-minute walk from the beach. It has an outdoor pool. The hotel rooms have air conditioning, TV and private bathroom. Some have a small furnished terrace. Hotel Sant Jordi has a bar and solarium where guests can relax while they drink something. Staff at the tour desk can provide information on the area and packed lunches are available for an additional fee. Hotel Sant Jordi is a 40-minute drive from the Reus International Airport, 45 km from the historic city of Tarragona and about 70 km from Barcelona.
Basic, noisy. Only redeeming feature is lovely staff!
Reviewed By Amanda BWe stayed at this hotel inadvertently having thought we had booked into the Hotel St Jordi in Tarragona - be careful if you use Booking.com. We paid £85 per night and were told we were booked into a superior room. Room 211 for the record is next to a lift and overlooks the train line which passes by....frequently. Badly decorated, broken light. At best it was clean. We complained and got moved to another room on the 3rd floor which was a great improvement - still basic. There was an adjoining door which when we returned after dinner a dog barked continuously and then at 2:30 pm when a couple arrived back and decided to get amorous the dog joined in with the noise! We won't be going back! Staff lovely but really expensive for an exceptionally basic hotel.

Reviewed By 479aleksandariGreat location, close to sea, markets, available beach equipment to borrow. Calafell is super located for sight seen of Barcelona and Tarragona. Excellent new renovated bathroom. Late check in available for no cost. Super equipped kitchen. For those who care there is perfect pool behind the main building. Minor minuses are: Place need some renovation. All furniture is a bit old and outdated. There is no air conditioner, and this is not a big issue if you are lucky enough with the weather. A lot of mosquitoes. Just for remark the parking in front of the building is payed, 14 Euros for a week which is fair price.

Reviewed By veticoEs un apartamento de los años 60, como de la película “cuéntame”. Ninguna mejora, anclados en el pasado más oscuro de España. Esconde mucha tristeza en su interior. No han mejorado en nada, las puertas de derribo y el sofá de la abuela.
