Reviewed By eireannamericanIt’s pretty sad that an establishment with hard-working and wonderful owners can be ruined by the ignorance of housekeeping staff and doors with no privacy locks. This place has the essentials covered, and the beds are fantastically comfortable. I’ve stayed twice, but will most likely cancel my next reservation. Why? Housekeeping keeps opening my room door with a pass key and walking in while I’m sleeping during the day. It does t matter if they knock - never identifying themselves - and immediately barge in anyways. I pay for three days at a time, they know I’m here and request NO housekeeping (I’ve told the desk each time), but the housekeepers can’t seem to get a list of rooms to leave alone. I was given a DO NOT DISTURB tag to put in my lock on the door - it was there - do you think it stopped them? If you sleep days and value privacy or rest, this place is worth NOTHING AT ALL because you will get neither of those two things. This would have been very highly rated except for poor communication and a problem that SHOULD NEVER HAVE OCCURED.

Traveling and got in late so did not cancel, however the room was not very clean, especially the carpet throughout the facility. Lights out in the lower-level hallway, the bathroom fixtures were in disrepair. The lower-level area had musty basement smell.
