Ute Lake Motor Inn

Great weekend @ Ute Lake,

Reviewed By Gary B

We were able to book 2 rooms (8 & 9) this past weekend. I had never been to Ute Lake. This trip was a last minute trip. The location is perfectly located about 3-4 miles from Logan and almost directly across from the State Park Marina. The owners were great. They were very friendly and made our party of 4 welcome. They provided coffee each morning. The rooms are simple but clean and exactly what we needed. The covered porch provided a great place to sit and relax after a long day of fishing. They do sell ice at the desk (20 lb bags). Each unit has a refrigerator and microwave. I will definitely stay here next time I'm at Ute Lake. There was plenty of parking for trucks & boats. They even provide external plugs to charge boat batteries. I would bring an extension cord if you need to use. Thank you for making our stay so pleasurable.

Flies in the room. Terrible smell. No service from the over worked hosts. The train tracks are right behind the hotel. It was noisy. It was also pricey at $98.00 a night due to hunting season and a shooting competition that was taking place nearby. The room was in disrepair, my husband and I were pretty much horrified. It was abominable, I would sooner sleep behind a gas station.

Nice, Quiet and Quaint Motel

One of only a couple of small town motels in Logan, NM. The proprietors were friendly and hospitable. The room was much better than I was expecting. The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot the TV had a lot of channels. Everything that I needed was available within walking distance. Had a great nights sleep. Thanks!

Small motel, clean with helpful management

Reviewed By Anne B

I came across this motel on-line while on a multi-family fishing trip at nearby Ute Lake. My days of sleeping on floors, couches and camp beds are over, so I booked a room. This is a small village motel currently undergoing renovation. It had some new amenities and some older features, but was clean and comfortable, with a helpful manager who lives on the premises. Proved to be a good choice for a restful overnight stay before getting back to fishing. Very reasonably priced as well.
