Great place to stay
Reviewed By JackostravelsWe booked our trip here with Pippa from Snow White Skiing. I was a bit worried when reading the reviews, but confident that Pippa wouldn't send us somewhere unless it was nice. The house/chalet has everything that we need and is lovely and warm. The resort is nice and quiet and only a few minutes walk to the ski slope! We booked to be half board and the food is amazing! Lots of choice for both breakfast and dinner which are both buffets. The staff are friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful food
Reviewed By gary mHad a visit to Nessebar and tried this water side restaurant. Food was beautiful and service excellent. Prices were also very reasonable. Large beer 2.5 lev. Will definitely visit again. Bulgaria keeps serving up great surprises.

Really cozy family hotel, amazing nature, free ski bus, delicious food
Reviewed By chiaraSofiaOne of the best hotel experience I've had in Pamporovo! This hotel is cuddled away from the noise of the resort, among stunning nature (you wake up with such a beauuuutiful view...), yet only 5 minutes from the ski slopes. Breakfast and dinner were both very delicious, the room was warm and cozy, we had a free ski bus taking and picking up from the ski slopes, there was jacuzzi and sauna (much appreciated after the skiing day!) The owner and the ski bus driver were both very friendly and attended to all our needs. Would love to return here in the summer too! This hotel was a far better experience than a recent 4-star hotel I've been to. Quality/price ratio is simply great. Enjoy the amazing nature of Pamporovo and make sure to visit the nearby Canyon of Waterfalls if you have a day off skiing - amazing place!

Chalets at Pamporovo Village offer luxury accommodation for up to 6 persons. These ski chalets have a traditional open plan living room with dining area, and cosy romantic home warming wood burning fire but have also got central heating. There are 2 sofas, a dining table and seating for 6. There is cable television and DVD player/family selection of DVDs Playstation/games and wireless I-Net (wireless internet). There is a fully equipped kitchen. Up the traditional wooden staircase, there are 2 shower rooms with WCs (1 is en suite). There are fitted wardrobes; each bedroom has its own balcony. There is a covered patio. you can sit and watch the beautiful sun-sets. The ski chalets are ideal for either families or groups of friends and is just across a small road from the restaurant and bar. Projects nearing completion include a spa, children's play area and a Kindergarten. This is an area of outstanding natural beauty. Larger groups can be accommodated by renting neighbouring chalets as well.Now with Activities Centre at Pamporovo Village

Reviewed By mirencet00At first I was a bit sceptical with the lack of reviews for the chalet and the host's request to leave earlier than planned. BUT, a huge BUT! The place is superb. So happy we spent a whole week there. The nature around is magnificent, there so many things to see. The host Mary is very nice, helpful and easy to communicate with. Always ready to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The chalet itself is roomy and very clean, cozy as if you are at home. The internet connection was dropping from time to time, but as general was very good. There is a PlayStation (bring your own games) and Netflix. Definitely will visit again! Next time will book dirctly thru skichaletsatpamporovovillage.com to save on the commission and fees. The host Mary refunded us for early checkout + sent a small gift for my mum's birthday that we celebrated there. So kind of her <3 Highly recommend the chalet- it is a hidden gem!

This is a nice and cosy house in the heart of the Rhodope Mountains, in Trigrad, Bulgaria. The house is hosted by a nice lady who will welcome you with warmth and cook the best homemade dishes you will ever try. There are 3 bedrooms - 2 doubles and 1 triple. All of them have WiFi, TV and a private bathroom.

Tout est bien rénové, sa petite fille nous explique en anglais comment ça fonctionne, on passe notre commande pour les deux repas du soir et les deux petit déjeuners. La maîtresse de maison cuisine et est aux petits soins pour nous. Gentillesse bulgare Repas 1 : truite et boulettes de viande avec une salade shopska. Vin bulgare excellent. Syrah Katarzyna Encore 2013 Repad 2 : Salade Shopska, grand plat dont nous ignorons le nom mais c'est bon :). On termine le vin de la veille :) Petit déjeuner 1 : Mektizi beignets gras mais légers avec confiture yaourt lait café et thé. Délicieux. Et encore tièdes !! Le lendemain : Banitsa frais et fait maison encore chaud et bien croustillant On regrette de ne pas être restés plus longtemps !

Dreadful experience
Reviewed By 93petyaiI absolutely don’t recommend this guesthouse. Uncomfortable bed, dirty, bathroom falling apart. We stayed one night and they had party all night under our room, couldn’t sleep and got hypertension crisis. No excuse whatsoever, even worse - accusing me of being too capricious and remarks like - is it quieter in Sofia?. Absolutely dreadful! Pity for the beautiful nature!

Worst place to stay!
Reviewed By addicted_traveler111We booked a house in this forest holiday village, the VIP Villa- only the name is VIP!!! The dirtiest place I have ever been! Every room was dusty, the kitchen terrible- the fridge was with some leftover food and stains all over?! My husband asked at the reception the house to be cleaned, it took them 2 hours to do so! We had to wait.... but since the road from Sofia is very long, we arrived at 15.00 at the restaurant with 2 hungry children, the restaurant was closed till 19.00 without an option to get any food in the surrounding for 30 km!!! Not cool at all!!! Finally we managed to check in , go to the restaurant hungry as hell, had dinner ( the food was not bad at all), the kids wanted to play at the playground, but all the facilities were broken and dangerous! No one was responsible for this either, not a single bench in the complex, all used and dirty. The fun part was about to begin at night - the pillows were so hard and voluminous, that you are half sitting, the mattress was so hard, all beds broken, making noises, terrible night! But still- it was the beginning! There was a birds nest on the balcony and since we didn’t have any air conditioning at all, we had to listen to the baby birds all night, meaninglessness to say, no one slept all night!!!! We couldn’t bear the thought of staying there another minute- we packed and left at 10.00 to Velingrad, where for the same amount of money we had an amazing time!!! In my worst nightmare I will go back to this place ever again!!!
