This is a place to enjoy, learn and play. For parents to rest or enjoy with their children, when they test water, suduko, lego, learn about car driving, heart, body. Fantastic staff, and also really good cafe with good food and drinks. Pancakes is our favorite... Go there, u will not be disappointed!

Visited a number of times but this time has got to be the worst.
Equipment needs a clean and the children just seem to run around like wild animals whilst their parents sit on their I phones.
Plus £12 for 3 hours play is too expensive and the coffee is alway cold.
It was a good idea to open a place like Stella's but they need to look at value for money.

I don´t know if you can say " really sweet" about a church but this was, so please excuse me. The best-run church I have seen. I was impressed ulti- mate of the medieval creation. Also the graveyard next to the church was incredibly well run. Worth to visit if you are in the neighborhood.
The church is also famous for its saint Elin . She was Sweden's first female saint league. Very fine experience.

A vast collection of coins, weapons, furniture and historic artifacts of any kind, presented in a sequence of rooms that are entered through hidden doors. The presentation by the owner, an ambitious collector, is knowledgeable and fun. The evening starts with a nice dinner, but the tour is the highlight.

This is a great place for skiing or walking. You really feel that you are up in the north of Sweden with its special kind of nature, it is a big wetland. In the winter it is frozen. One lap on the well marked track is 8 km. In the summer time it is great for walking. However in the summer you have to stay on the track as you can sink down in the swamp. In the winter when it is frozen you can almost go anywhere.
On weekends during the winter come very early as the parking lot gets full, it is a very popular spot.

Most likely some very early immigrant returner from the Americas inspired the landowner of the Vaholm manor to construct this bridge. Normally these are only found in region of Madison count in the Us (do you remember the novel or the movie?). This part of Sweden was of strategic part of Sweden in the old days (now its a bit dated...). While staying in this region don't miss to visit the remaining's of the wiking judge court "Askeberga domarring"(2 km distance), or have a view of the old churches from the 1000-1100 century. The chuch of Vad (1 km distance).
While being in the villages of Tidan do not miss a visit at the coffeshop "Osterbergs", here you can get a real experience of the original Swedish coffee culture "country side" including 7 varieties of fresh baked cookies and bread. Especially note the architecture of the building, this is true original from the 50's.
If you search for odd books you should visit the bookstore, one of the biggest place in Sweden selling old used books.
