Reviewed By Smehla666Na Srí Lanku jsme vyrazili spontánně. Začátkem prosince jsme se rozhodli strávit Vánoce v teple a 24.12. už nás Laďa vítal v jeho Ladja Beach Resortu. Místo kapra byla večer k bramborovému salátu barracuda :-) Resort jsme vybrali zcela náhodou, ale myslím, že jsme nemohli vybrat lépe. Skvělé ubytování a ještě lepší personál v čele s šéfíkem, počeštěným Moravákem ? Resort je umístěn přímo na dlouhé liduprázdné pláži a v širokém okolí je jediným ubytovacím zařízením, takže návaly turistů nečekejte, a to ani v nejbližším městě. Na místním trhu jsme s přítelkyní, jako jediní mezi místníma, svítili jak majáky :-D Koupání v moři sice komplikují velké vlny, což je ale vyváženo cca dvacetimetrovým bazénem s výhledem přímo na hladinu moře. Ale hlavní devízou resortu je jeho umístění dále od civilizace, takže to, na co většina resortů vozí klienty do národních parků máte okolo ubytování. Nejednou nám před lehátky v zahradě proběhl metrový varan, nebo všudypřítomní pávi. Hned za plotem pak nad hlavou řádí opice a podél cesty stáda buvolů. Nicméně management samozřejmě zařídí i jakýkoliv výlet. Pro nás to byl jedinečný zážitek. Díky Laďo !

Reviewed By Alex BVery nice, friendly and funny hosts (two brothers) and super nice parents which are cooking and look for everything. The hosts looking for you to get the best prices for transport, scooter, ... everything supereasy. The place and the rooms are very nice, breakfast with fresh fruits out if the garden. And: Since the accommodation is close to a turtles sanctuary you can easily walk there in the evening and see baby-turtles running to the beach and big turtles laying eggs (no tour for tourists, you are alone with the locals who take care about the turtles) -Nice experience!

Idéalement situé mais expérience mitigée
Reviewed By 357lauremIdéalement situé, à mi chemin entre la plage et la ville via un petit lagon très joli au fond du jardin. Le rapport qualité prix était bon car le lieu n'est vraiment pas cher comparé aux beaux hôtels alentours. Mais la chambre ne contenait pas la climatisation et le ventilateur était assez faible ce qui a rendu la nuit quelque peu difficile. Le petit déjeuner était décevant, quelques toasts pas grillés avec un œuf, pas de beurre ni confiture, pas à la hauteur. Attention: on vous proposera un tuktuk pour vous balader à quelques km. Nous avions entendu le prix de 3000Rs payé par des françaises pour un total de 45km. Nous avons négocié le prix à 2500Rs pour les 30km que nous souhaitions faire. Arrivées à destination, le tuktuk n'a pas accepté la ristourne négociée. Cela rend l'expérience désagréable.

Reviewed By Anastassiya0808we rest in this hotel every year, this is the best hotel where everyone smiles at you, cook delicious food and help in all matters. luxurious rooms overlooking the ocean, the ocean is wonderful, beautiful and fabulous, the sound of the ocean gives peace and releases all thoughts. the most important thing is that the hotel is always clean, always clean towels, bedding, bathroom accessories, the hotel smells very tasty. my daughter loves to feed the fish, she was given bread for this. wonderful turtles also swim, so children are not bored. I want to thank the hotel staff: the wonderful manager Mr. Upul, he always comes up, is interested in well-being and relaxation, is always very friendly and a really wonderful manager. many thanks to Chef Mendis, we have never eaten such wonderful and delicious food, his cuisine is love. Everything is very tasty and the presentation is very beautiful. the food is so delicious that I didn’t even have time to take pictures, I immediately wanted to eat, salivating? the rest of the staff is very attentive, responds quickly to all requests, they immediately try to help. Thank you so much for this amazing hotel! We love you and will always come back to you!

Beautiful Retreat in Paradise!
Reviewed By RoseCrumptonThis was our first stop during our stay in Sri Lanka and - wow! It was absolutely perfect! The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the beach was incredible. Comfy sun-loungers, delicious cocktails, big comfy beds, and unbeaten views! What more could you want?! There were a few power cuts but this couldn't be helped by the staff as it is a country-wide issue. They were helpful in giving us lanterns and candles when the power would go in the evenings. The breakfasts were delicious and the location was perfect - lots of lovely beach bars along from the resort! Our favourite was the Lounge! Will definitely stay again on our next trip to Sri Lanka!

We didn’t stay for nights so we can’t tell about the accommodation but we can highly recommend visiting their restaurant. We loved the cocktail too?. The owner is very nice and kind.

Reviewed By MarijamTWe came back after 3 years and it was even better.Dilhan prepared us delicious meals ( crabs,lobster,noodles,rice,shrimps.) and breakfast was perfect.It was my birthday and they surpise me with a cake and some wine.The make my day!! The house is perfect to chill and relax with a big pool and garden.The pool was cleaned every morning before we woke up.We loved also the Tinki our guardian dog.Thank you again dilhan and the crew taking so good care of us .We will be back for sure.

Family run accommodation, with good communication, shown where to safely enter the sea. Breakfast large and varied the two mornings of our stay. A lovely friendly couple, thank you for your hospitality.
