Just Lovely
Reviewed By 1travelfan1What a beautiful little place. Our room was perfect, lovely and clean and modern, it felt very newly done. Plenty of wardrobe space, very nice shower and a little mini bar which came in useful. There was a tv with plenty of channels but it was mostly german. We had the most amazing sea view, so lovely to wake up to each morning. Breakfast was great, we ordered freshly cooked omelettes each day. We ate once in the restaurant and it was very nice. Very good value for money in my opinion. The staff were very pleasant and always said hello, the cleaning lady and barbara in particular were lovely and barbara very helpful. The location was absolutely perfect for our 4 night stay, about 20 mins in a taxi from split airport (we paid 180kn for the taxi) . We loved having the beach directly on our doorstep and what a beautiful beach it is. The water is crystal clear and just a delight to swim in. It's good for the soul. ? A tip is to pack your rock shoes as the beach is very rocky and tricky to walk in bare feet. They are for sale in local shops though not sure on cost. I did see people snorkelling off the beach and wished I'd packed my snorkel, ill know for next time! I would recommend getting the water taxi in to trogir, its like a little mini boat excursion in itself. We caught it just in time for the sunset. We had dinner and a wander around the old town, what a stunning place. The water taxis run every 15/30 mins depending on time of year and are 20kn each way per person, cheap as chips and they run until 11.30pm, later in peak season. We found both okruk and trogir areas to be very clean and felt very new even though some buildings are very old! The one thing that lets croatia down in general is the smoking. Literally everywhere we went, be it on the beach or in a nice restaurant there are people smoking everywhere all around you. Restaurants should really have smoking and non-smoking areas as it's really unpleasant when trying to enjoy a meal and tables on either side are smoking (this was in trogir, not villa okruk). The only suggestions i would make to villa okruk are to add a couple of english channels on tv and to offer a shower room for after check out as we had a late night flight and had nowhere to shower after a day at the beach. Nonetheless, i would absolutely stay there again and in fact are planning our next trip already. Look forward to returning!

Reviewed By 484stephenfWe spent 5 nights in the apartment with the big balcony, it was ideal for what we wanted. close to a great beach and not too far too sight see. we would recommend having a car to get around because although there was a small hob self catering was difficult. the hosts were great and for the price you would struggle to find better.

Tolle kleine Pension!
Reviewed By MElbflorenzWir wurden freundlich in der kleinen Pension empfangen. Wir bekamen das äußere Zimmer, welches sauber und geräumig war. Sogar ein einen Mückenschutzstecker wurde gedacht. Der Kühlschrank bzw. die Minibar war verhältnismäßig groß und sehr gut gekühlt. Wir machten uns gleich daran, den Pool zu testen und verbrachten dort eine Weile und genossen die Ruhe! Hin und wieder hörte und sah man Flugzeuge (keine direkte Einflugschneise!). Am Pool gibt es ausreichend Liegen mit weichen Auflagen sowie Sonnenschrime. Das Frühstücksbuffet am nächsten Morgen war klein, aber fein und ausreichend mit allem, was man so benötigt, bestückt. Wenn man bedenkt, dass die Pension nur drei Zimmer hat, war das Frühstück durchaus reichhaltig & abwechslungsreich. Wir waren auf jeden Fall zufrieden. Während unseres Aufenthaltes hat es uns an Nichts gefehlt. Die Gastgeber haben morgens immer nachgefragt, ob wir noch Etwas benötigen. Diese Variante finde ich deutlich besser und nachhaltiger als z. B. das ungefragte Wechseln von Handtüchern, wie es heutzutage leider oft der Fall ist. Ein paar kleine Kritikpunkte sind uns dennoch aufgefallen: im Bad könnte es ein paar mehr Haken für die Handtücher geben (wir hatten lediglich zwei Haken bei vier Handtüchern), die Schallisolierung war nicht wirklich gegeben (man hörte das Nachbarzimmer duschen), der Wasserkocher war noch gefüllt und völlig verkalkt, in der ersten Nacht war wohl kurzzeitig der Strom ausgefallen und das Notausgangsschild im Zimmer leuchtete plötzlich taghell. Außerdem wäre ein großer Spiegel im Zimmer noch schön. Da ich relativ klein bin, war es schwierig mich so weit im Bad vorzubeugen, um mich schminken zu können. Alles in allem eine sehr tolle Unterkunft mit sehr netten Gastgebern, die wir auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen können! Hvala!

Super schöne Unterkunft!
Reviewed By nicbauer1979Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub! Dubravka und Slavko, die Eigentümer waren herzallerliebst, es passte einfach alles, die Wohnung, der Pool, der Strand. Die einzigen Mängel waren, dass der Flughafen von Split direkt gegenüber war und der Weg zum Strand sehr steil. Für Leute mit Kinderwagen sehr anstrengend und mit Gehbehinderung fast nicht zu bewältigen, aber dafür können die Vermieter ja nix. Sind am überlegen ob wir nächstes Jahr wieder kommen.

Reviewed By lea_gnzlSuper. Loin des flux touristiques, la zone est idéale et calme. L’accueil est chaleureux et le propriétaire est toujours disponible et à l’écoute ! Malgré un petit problème d’eau à l’appartement, on trouve des solutions qui nous créaient de supers souvenirs. Après tout, n’est ce pas les petites galères qui créaient les meilleurs souvenirs ? Petit déjeuné inclu et très bon. Restaurant avec choix, plage à 300m - possibilité de faire du quad, du jet ski et tout autre sorte d’activité dans les environs proches. Recommandé à 100%.

Reviewed By 843rudisAlte Einrichtung, Wohnkomfort der 50er Jahre, beengtes Badezimmer im Apartment. Keine Erholung am Zimmer, auch wenn der Preis akzeptabel ist. Nicht ratsam zu buchen. Man verlangt nur positiv zu schreiben, doch die Wahrheit ist anders.
