Reviewed By kevinmalinaoMy family and I stayed at their resort for 3 days and 2 nights and all I can say is that we really enjoyed our stay. The highlights were the resort's view of the sea and the very hospitable and friendly staff. Once we arrived at their resort, they really did their best to make us feel right at home! We would like to thank Ms. Yoj, Ms. Danella, Ms. Donna, Sir Abel, Tiny (sorry if I got their name wrong!) and the other staff members (who I wasn't able to get the names) who assisted us on our concerns, orders and requests! You really feel that they truly value their guests! The resort's amenities are well maintained and I was glad that they have a kid-friendly area, although we weren't able to stay there. I really loved staying in their deck as it has a view of the sea, and it's really relaxing! As my kid told me during our stay... "I love this place!" and I agree! Thank you for having us, Destino Beach Resort! We look forward to visiting again!

The Rose Villas Resort is a fairly new resort, have been open to the public last February of 2017. Before, it was the private rest house of the owners. One thing led to another and now, the owners opened their doors to the public. A resort committed with best hospitality and guests can have the perfect place to enjoy the “natural” ways of living during their vacation. In addition, our resort does something for the people, we create new opportunities for the locals and we will raise the natural awareness for the people.
A Sanctuary in The Middle of a City
Reviewed By Ro LOn November 2021, we had an overnight stay with Rose Villas to celebrate my wife’s birthday. I highly recommend this resort for those who want to have a quick escaped from the busy and noisy city of the metro. I had it booked with Agoda and before the date of our reservation I called them and asked if they are accomodating guests with pets. Luckily, they are but with an accomodation fee. I politely asked them if it’s possible for my pet (shih tzu) to be accomodated for free since it’s our first time to check-in in their place. Surprisingly, they granted our request. They have a huge parking space, the staffs are very accomodating, they are pet friendly resort, they even have their own dog who welcomes guests when they arrive to the place, the villa we stayed is cozy tho the furniture are kinda old and we saw some webs in the ceiling but it doesn’t affect us at all. Their infinity pool is instagramable and some parts of the resort is really peaceful and you can really feel that you are very close to nature. All in all we enjoyed our stay in this resort and definitely will come back for another memorable experience.

I stayed in Dubai room with a small kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped with all the necessities for cooking. I should say, this property is not only suitable for family travelers, but also for business traveler.

Reviewed By Tour15301674329It was not until we had paid for 4 nights in full - 14000 peso plus per night - did we discover the following absences in the reality compared to the website. Restaurant not open at all - might be open till 7pm on Saturday nights. Coffee shop only open until 2pm. Only eating options are deliveries or very local restaurants. Swimming pool is filthy and has debris. Wifi is appalling and continuously drops out. There is practically no water pressure in the shower and don’t even try waiting for the bath to fill. The rooms and corridors are clean though but it really lacks any other facilities that I would have expected for the charge. Basically just somewhere to sleep.

BEWARE OF THIS HOTEL

The room given to us was clean but the floor was really sticky. We remember checking in at around 10pm but I had to call the front desk the next morning (9am) just to make sure I'm not mistaken since they did not provide us any checkout information when we paid for our room. The girl who I spoke to said we checked in at 9pm and they will only allow a 15min grace period for us to pack up and leave right away. I asked how much it will cost for us to have an additional hour so we can eat breakfast but the girl said she is not sure of how and that she will need to call us back. After a few minutes she called back and said we need to pay 180PHP for another hour to spend at the hotel. My partner was the one who answered the call and agreed so that they would let us stay until 10am. They DO NOT SERVE ANY MEALS, only cup noodles and junk food so we had to order food delivery. My partner went down the lobby to get our breakfast from the delivery guy and also spoke to the receptionist to confirm what was our check-in time last night. She was told it was 9:51PM and not 9PM contrary to what she told me when I called. After eating we packed up our things and went down right away so that we no longer need to extend an additional hour on our stay. The receptionist told us we still need to pay 180PHP even though we did not consume the 1hr extension since it was already recorded on their system. I argued but had to pay since we were on a hurry. TLDR: WE WERE ASKED TO PAY FOR AN EXTRA HOUR ON OUR STAY EVEN THOUGH WE CHECKED OUT ON TIME. THEY DO NOT SERVE ANY MEALS. THE STAFF IS NOT FRIENDLY AND PROPERLY TRAINES, EVEN THE GUARD WHO KEPT ON STARING AT US. P.S I HOPE THE MANAGEMENT WILL TAKE ACTION AND TRAIN THEIR PEOPLE TO BE PROFESSIONAL. CUSTOMER RELATIONS NEED IMPROVEMENT. THE RECEPTIONIST IS INCONSIDERATE.

Basic clean drive in hotel aimed at passing motorists
Reviewed By saf7670Rooms are situated above an individual garage space, you enter the garage space then go up some concrete steps to your room above. Rooms are basic, but clean and simple with all you need for a comfortable nights stay. My room had a mosquito problem I had to go on a mosquito hunt and must have nabbed about 20 of them. But I mentioned this to the reception as I was leaving for the evening and the sprayed my room whilst I was out. There is not really much choice of accommodation in the Biñan area, and this is ok if a little basic. Good for overnight stay.

Food was great so great staff was very friendly and attentive to all our needs. House reef was good and easy to memorize.
