Very spacious rooms and outdoor areas with plenty space for privacy and quiet.amazing breakfast selection and ultra efficient and polite staff. Reception staff great and extremely friendly and helpful . Dining room never too crowded or queues. Highlight was mihaela one of the bar staff in the bigger pools bar...an absolute character always smiling and very endearing who couldn't do enough for us ..sad to say she wasn't there on our last couple of days but an absolute gem. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel which also is in a perfect position to visit the restaurants/supermarket and local market. Will look.forward to visiting again.

Reviewed By Happyflytimesmyself and my wife stayed here for 10 days in early June, this hotel is great the staff are outstanding, especially dani and the entertainment team when they say all inclusive that's exactly what you get we didn't find any drink or cocktails that you couldn't have the poolside bar opens at 10.30am again anything from a coffee to cocktails. direct access to the beach from the back of the hotel,we had a Seaview room which was a nice way to wake up in the morning too. if you want to go outside the hotel there are plenty of places to eat and drink and shops too around as well. my only issue was as a vegetarian they was nowhere near enough mains choices for veggies to have I did speak to one of the managers about this and have found out since that they are going to be working on a new menu that will include vegetarian options as well. That said we are coming back to the gran tinerfe in October for my wifes 60th so apart from the lack of vegetarian options for me we absolutely loved it here what a positive experience it was, all the staff where so happy and positive all the time. They could be alot better at answering the emails that we sent prior to going or put it another way answering any of the emails that we sent prior to going. last words for Dani and his team Thank you.

Reviewed By kingnbCheck in excellent and efficient, facilities etc were explained to us. Complimentary drink on arrival. Safe charge €10 but refundable at end of the week. Room excellent, air con good, excellent bathroom , comfy beds, tea/Coffee. Entertainment a bit mixed but more than adequate, not in your face. Hotel very clean, staff friendly, restaurant staff very efficient. Choice for breakfast amazing, evening meal again excellent choice of starters with fruit, salads, cheeses, soups, cold meats , fish. Normally one main fish or meat dish in the evening but always steak and fish available on the grills. Beers, wine and spirits very reasonably priced for a hotel ( you cant expect €1 beers and €2.50 wines like some of the cheaper bars). Rooms cleaned daily and towels and sheets changed daily if you asked. Overall an excellent week 23 - 30th May stay, would definitely go back

Reviewed By nickcotton1962Lovely hotel, very relaxing for a week. Stayed in the gold level with a swim up pool. If you stay in gold level you have access to the San Sebastián lounge which is situated at the top level of the hotel with its own private area with plenty of sun loungers and infinity pool. Gold level includes beer, cava, soft drinks, a daily sandwich or bocadilla and crisps and nuts from 10am till 6pm. For the price you pay it’s well worth the money in my opinion but could be costly if your a family. If your dining full board as a gentleman take long trousers for the evening buffet or you won’t get in. All in all it’s a great hotel and well worth a visit. Even if your not in gold level you still have plenty of sun beds and gear pools and really nice rooms.

We had all inclusive plus service which I found to be worth it as we got reserved restaurant seats during our whole stay which the staff helped out in making sure we got one of the best seating in the area of our choosing. We also get all the pool bar snack menu for free and majority of the drink options which we utilised to the fullest during our stay as we would had at least three cocktails each night which were all of good quality. We managed to book the water circuit in the spa also which is included in the packaged which we enjoyed as we had access to the spa facilities for 90 minutes. The gym was small but had decent strength equipment to do some sort of full body workout. We booked a deluxe double bed room with hot tub which we loved. We used the hot tub everyday. The view outside was supposed to be sea view but it was more half land half sea but the view was still nice. Staff were all very friendly and helpful during our stay. We didn’t really utilise the entertainment offered at the hotel so can’t comment too much on that. As for the food it was buffet style for breakfast lunch and dinner and we thought the food selection was decent. There is themed dinner each night so different foods to try out every dinner. I was particularly impressed with the desserts which had a decent amount for selection. Quality of the food was okay. Overall I would definitely come to stay in this hotel if I am to visit Tenerife again. When comparing this hotel with others during our hotel research we found that this offers to most for its price range such as the hot tub, all inclusive plus offers etc compared to others looked into, some of which were 5* and were of higher price ranges and the choice definitely paid off as the service we received was more better than we expected.

Reviewed By Rmcm12Just returned from holiday here and our stay was overall very good the hotel is very very clean. The rooms are very spacious especially for a family the walk in shower is a massive bonus however the beds are uncomfortable and you have to sleep with a very thin sheet so I would advise small children to bring blankets for comfort. There is a large variety of food but for small children who would expect chicken nuggets or sausages there is not much choice for children. Laura who greets the guests at the main restaurant deserves a massive credit she is so lovely with the children and makes them feel at home. The kids club is excellent and there is a large variety of activities for kids probably the best hotel I’ve been too for this. We really did enjoy this hotel and would return if the restaurant brings more variety for kids food. Overall great hotel

A great holiday venue
Reviewed By neil wA great resort. Friendly excellent staff and great food. The room was the best we have stayed in. No mad rush for sunbeds, various entertainments through the day and evening. We will be looking to return next year with the family. But for longer than this year!

Reviewed By Debbie1957What an absolutely fantastic hotel. Very friendly and the food was 10/10, the staff was 10/10 the manager was unbelievable. They ain't shy with looking after you at the bar very generous bar staff. But the best thing about the holiday was the cleaners finding 650 pounds under my bed in my room and handed it in to the manager. Which who sent it back too the UK. I would highly recommend this hotel it's such a relaxing holiday.
