First glance the hotel seems beautiful, clean. Staying a few nights though I noticed the dirt, mold between the window and screen, the bathtub wasn’t fully cleaned beforehand. The bed was beautiful but taking off the comforter the housekeeps didn’t even put the sheets on all the way, as in the sheets came off middle of the night which was just lazy on their part. I was so excited for the food. But pasta and an appetizer was $50. The pasta was severely over cooked. Breakfast the eggs seemed almost rubbery, and you got more pieces of toast then the actual main part of the meal. Ordering a frozen margarita over half my glass was foam, and not frozen to the slightest, $12 for the drink was ridiculous when I couldn’t even enjoy it. The thin walls were surprising as this is a family hotel, placing us in a room with a window to the sidewalks near the indoor pool you could hear everyone and everything, with 2 little kids it wasn’t ideal. The staff seemed friendly except one who just wanted to be on her phone and ignored my daughter trying to hand her the housekeeping request form at the front desk. The pool was great, as were all the outdoor Amenities. Might have been better just sleeping outside under the stars just to use the kid activities. The childcare center had broken toys when we walked by, the play kitchen door was broken off just placed back in front of it. We’d love to stay again if we could see changes in the care of the building.

I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels on Lake George. This is probably the nicest/most modern one. Our Full Oak Tree lodge was spacious, clean and modern. Having the laundry in our room was a big plus. That said a little more attention could be payed to details. •Broken glass on the bottom of our dishwasher •Shower handle was not attached. When we told maintenance they said the part was on order and showed us how to get it to work. For what they charge just order the part and have it overnighted. •Kitchen faucet was loose. For some reason the wide plate was installed under a single hole faucet. That’s probably why. •Dishwasher not level or attached to cabinets. It would rock forward when the rack was pulled out. •Have to jam down toilet handle to make it flush. •Cleaned out the Jacuzzi with bleach like I usually do at a hotel. There was mold in it as usual. This is almost all Jacuzzi tubs at hotels. I always fill the tub with hot water and run it for 20 minutes with a couple cups of bleach before draining it and actually using it. You’ll see all the black specs of mold in the water coming out when you do this. •Cockware was lacking. I understand from the hotels standpoint you can’t have nice things as they will be abused or stolen. However if you’re providing 15 dollar frying pans replace the thing when it’s literally smashed. •I know it’s hard to prevent but the duck poop on the beach needs to be addressed. It wasn’t one or two pieces. It was dozens mostly right at the water line. •I don’t know if the skimmers wernt working or what the story was but there were tons of bugs floating in the pool especially inside. The pool was heated and a nice temperature though. Maybe have someone go down there with a net on bug duty in the mornings? •Kids pool had no heat one day.

They were so polite and professional, offered a place for us to park and use the facilities until our room was ready. Grabbed a quick lunch at the cafe and it was much better than we had expected. Our son had so much fun, he didn't want to leave to go to dinner. We will definitely be back!! AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Sara Cushman 5-21-22

Ladies and Babies weekend!

We just got home from the most amazing weekend at The Juliana. My best friend and I took our 3 kids and I have nothing bad to say about our stay. The property is so beautiful, clean, and welcoming. We LOVED the beach, playground, and wooden swings. They have a beautiful pool as well, we just didn’t end up using it this time. The other families staying at the resort were so friendly and all our kids were playing together. So nice to be able to have our own private beach with chairs provided. We can’t wait to come back again!! Thank you for such a great weekend!!

Family mini vacation

Reviewed By fdjr

This has been our second year visiting the Lake George area, and we truly enjoyed it this time. our stay at Marine Village Resort was great, we got in late in the evening and the people at the front desk were very kind, they welcomed us to the resort, although we didn't make use of the amenities that were available, we will the next time we stay. I really enjoyed the morning hours, getting up and sitting by the lake and watching the sun come up talk about beautiful, and throughout the day sitting at the lake front and enjoying the view of the lake, the pool was nice but crowded. The lake was a little cold but still got in for a quick dip. The room we stayed in was simple two queen beds and a tv, nothing spectacular, hopefully next we stay we can get a better room overlooking the beach. I'm not sure if there was a restaurant we didn't explore the entire resort, overall, we will definitely stay there again, I have already recommend this resort to my family and friends.

Good Value for a Waterfront Hotel

Reviewed By jrrisk

This resort harkens back to the era before interstates and is reminiscent of the roadside hotels that pooped up along the US highways. Therefore, one should expect it to be a little historic (dated) as are all of the hotels along this stretch. The hotel has a nice outdoor swimming pool and patio area with an outdoor bar that is open until 10 pm in the summer. We found the bed to be a little uncomfortable and the food at the on-site restaurant was just ok. Breakfast is not included in the price as it is with some of the chain hotels like Courtyard (just down the street) and Hampton Inn and it was not worth the $14 per person. But then you do not have to eat in the on-site restaurant. There are plenty of nearby options.

Loved this hotel!

Reviewed By atuggle44

The friendliest staff, especially the girl who worked the front desk! Awesome family suites at a great price. Our kids loved that they not only got their own beds, but even their own bedroom! The family suite also had a microwave and mini fridge which was great for heating up leftovers from various dinners. The rooms were clean. There are two pools on site, one indoor and one outdoor. The kids loved that the pools were open late because they got to swim at night after returning from dinner and activities. About a 5 minute drive to Lake George Village and lake activities, and about a 5 minute drive the opposite way to the outlets for shopping. 10 minutes from Six Flags. We will definitely go back!
