Reviewed By hungry-sumoStayed 2 nights in 2nd floor apartment Quite new so all the fixtures are modern Check-in was easy, apartment was super clean and even household necessities were provided like dishwasher powder, washing machine powder, and all the kitchen kit was new Apartment was much bigger than I expected also which was a bonus Lots of US channels also like fox and axn Great location to explore the niseko area in the summer Staff were friendly as expected I'd stay again when back in Niseko

Hotel Doors Locked After Midnight
Reviewed By Kelpie KThe hotel is located 45 minutes away by car from Hakodate City. The environment is very quiet and peaceful. But do note that they lock the main lobby doors after midnight. So, if you want to access your car after midnight hours, you will need to wake the security guard to unlock the door for you. Their room windows are also sealed with a weak air-conditioning unit; The room got stuffy quickly during our summer stay there. For a self-contained resort, they have several entertainment facilities for younger children such as a games room and even a bowling alley. But as noted by other guests, everything comes at a price. The entire public area within the hotel is a non-smoking zone. if you want to smoke, you will have to go out of the building unless you have a smoking room (which I suspect they did not have).

Reviewed By kevinpfrStayed only one night during our honeymoon trip in Hokkaido and this was by far the most thoughtful and considerate hotel of our trip! For starters the staff enlightened our day, the lady who took care of us upon our arrival was extremely nice and she brought a surprise cake for our honeymoon! Nice intention. The room was spacious and the view gorgeous. Extremely clean. Thank you all (and specially this lady at the front desk).

Reviewed By heloisec2021Another incredible stay in Tomamu, this was our third time and we can’t recommend it enough. The food, the chef team and the restaurant / bar staff are outstanding. Everyday there are many choices and great quality. Special thank you to Dogan, Manish, Adi, Carlos, Adam, Greg, Dina, Angel, Kei, Francis, Isim, Ryota and Taiju. Then what makes this place even better is the fantastic miniclub, the staff is so passionate! Your little ones will have a blast ! They build amazing relationship with the kids and it makes it super tough to leave this place. Special thank you from Margaux to Naoki, Hiroki, Hotaru, Yukari, Teresa, Mile, Danya and everybody else. You make parents life so easy and happy, The ski instructors are also fantastic with the kids and the medal ceremony is motivating! Thank you Aya for your patience with kids and Nino for your fantastic advices. Thank you Nao, Ruairi, Sugar and of course Clayton the chef de village for building such a great team!

Reviewed By kazy2for snowboarding. this hotel is located in ski area. but 100m away from ticket center. and if the upper lift closes, you can not access to village, hirafu. we missed bus from airport to niseko area because of flight delay so we had to rent a car. thats why we could drive to village. hotel was ok. but not luxually type. felt kinda over paied. they have a restaurant lounge which is used for breakfast too. there is no bars and izakaya near here. i recommend go out to hirafu or village, kucchan. honestly i would choose other hotel next time.

Reviewed By AllezlesrougesVery large resort hotel, essentially in the centre of Rusutsu. This is a fairly sprawling place with a Disney feel to it. I would say that it is suitable for families with small children. Also very expensive, but I suppose that is Japan!

Reviewed By lmc1002小木屋附近有戶外遊戲區，鄰近的休息站內有室內遊戲區，view很好，小木屋除了瓦斯爐、熱水瓶外，設備都很新，小木屋也有廁所浴室都很乾淨，但樓上提供睡覺使用的枕頭、睡墊及睡袋都沒有另外提供枕套、被套或睡墊套，會介意的人可能要自備。營區可24小時進出，管理棟也有洗衣機，也是24小時開放，很方便！

Reviewed By Mika UWe had very good times. It was very complicated to book dinner with many tourists during public holidays, but rest of things was amazing. (Maybe a room we stayed was not used for long time… ) this week, hotel rooms were almost full every days after a corona break, so the hotel had to deal with so much things. There is no stores in this town, so babies should bring enough diapers. Good for families. Hope to come back again.

Family wonderland!
Reviewed By D4862UJsarahlWe had the most wonderful white Christmas holiday staying here. As a family with three children we were attracted by spacious rooms, easy ski-in/ski-out and onsite facilities including the ice village. The Risonare tower is wonderful, the room was amazing (including a jacuzzi in the room) and we had plenty of space for the kids. With lots of beginner ski runs we had so much to explore and this was a highlight holiday of our time living in Japan. We will be back for sure in the future!
