The breakfast Inn was amazing, and the staff there were so friendly and welcoming. The food was good and they have a kiosk to order food so you don’t have to wait in line. Totally recommend

Reviewed By 666lindykRecently retired and haven't traveled in the last 3 years. Took a short road trip to the Black Hills and the Badlands. Found this hotel online and were extremely pleased. Overall, very nicely taken care of clean. Only problems were loud fan in bathroom and limited breakfast. Best value around!!

The customer service was just wonderful, the room was cozy, the sheets were super soft, and the continental breakfast (especially the waffles) was super scrumptious. It's nice to see amazing customer service alive and well in SD!

Horrible staff, not worth the price
Reviewed By rromero1520We had a child come down with the stomach bug. She ended up throwing up all over the room. We cleaned the best we could with what we had. We asked the front desk for any help or suggestions and the lazy guy working was zero help. He couldn't provide us with paper towels. He offered us a few napkins from the breakfast bar. We needed new bedding and we didn't receive that, we used all the towels in bathroom and it was a task to get new ones. This is all happening in the middle of the night and I would have expected just a little bit of help and consideration. We didnt expect the staff to clean the mess, we were simply looking for items to help clean the mess and you would have thought it was the end of the world to get minimal help from the guy working the overnight shift.

It's clean, the breakfast is good; toast (no butter or peanutbutter) cereal, milk, Bananas, yogurt, eggs muffins But they need butter and salt & pepper. I'm not giving a real good rating because the WiFi is so weak you cannot open ANY browsers. You certainly cannot work from there or research places to visit while on Rapid City. Also have only analog TV, which is OK. We weren't there to watch TV.

It was pretty bad and trying to make decisions about your vacation while staying here can be annoying. I did not hold this against the Inn as we learned that there is basically no service out in that area at all.
